I come to this part of Mexico from time to time and always stop in here, super friendly owner and…read morethe quality compared to any pizza I have bought in the USA does not even begin to compare, you don't realize how bad American food really is until you travel the world and give other countries a chance! Even the Chinese food in Mexico is better than what you get anywhere in the USA, my last stop for Chinese was in Chapala, Mexico around midnight and it was all you can eat for $3.25 U.S. and the taste was beyond words! But that's for another review, this is about Sibarita Pizzeria, if you like thin crust, lots of cheese and piping hot, but you don't care for preservatives like you get on everything in America, then this is the place for you. Everything is super fresh, I have actually ordered a large pizza pie and seen the boss walk over to the market, buy each ingredient that I ordered on the pizza and put it fresh on my pizza, try finding that service anywhere in America LoL, wont happen! Believe it or not, pizza in Mexico is not cheap like it is in Brazil, Venezuela and Argentina, pizza is like gold and is quite pricey, but worth it from time to time. There are a few really amazing places like this in Chapala, the house we rent out is close to this particular location and the one I most go to, but try the food all over this area, the taste and culture is addicting, some of the prettiest people on earth and super safe to walk around & explore.

Ok, so.....the last time I've had dominos in the states I think Mike Tyson was world champ…read more Yep...it's been that long. Growing up in Michigan, there once was a time when dominos and the other pie, little Caesar's were only local to the Detroit area. That said, they grew and well...they changed. So, last night whilst staying in Guadalajara and, having my fill of great-great Mexican food...I just wanted something quick and easy..and yep...you guessed it...pizza! So, I had originally tried this place off of "Uber Eats" cAlled red spot Valle...well, stupid me...it was a pizza joint in San Pedro Garza...as in Monterrey. Lol. I'm an idiot...a little too far for them to deliver, No?? So, I took the hotel manager's advice and ordered dominos....and wow, was I surprised. It was actually pretty good. Now, I was starving by this point and just Jones'en for some comfort food but I was really impressed. Fast and delicious - What else could you ask for?? Thank you Dominos!! Well done.

5 stars simply because this was the only American restaurant that I saw near my rental house. For…read moreanybody who has never heard of Ajijic, Mexico it has become an amazing destination, but if you aren't fluent in Spanish, you will run into issues! Tens of thousands of Canadians have retired here, but they all had to learn Spanish to survive in the area. We are on Lake Chapala, approx. 15 miles west of Guadalajara. There is no such thing as a McDonalds, or a Taco Bell here, maybe somewhere in Guadalajara if you head inland towards the plaza, but absolutely zero American restaurants where I am at in Ajijic. So, to find a Dominos and taste that familiar pizza taste and smell was refreshing. Its no big deal to be out of the states for a few weeks and not experience anything Americanized, but when you go months, you do start and crave certain things again. There is now a Walmart here, crazy!! A whole cake cost me under $2 U.S. the other day, in America the same cake is $20 bucks, and down here in Mexico, not only does "EVERYTHING" taste 100 times better, there are no preservatives on anything and every bite is 100% organic, even a slice of pie or cake is less sweet and so much better. Mexico has spoiled me for life! The only odd thing is to see a whore house across the street, besides from that, I really love the area and the people have been a breath of fresh air. Because there are no preservatives and nothing is frozen, it is hard to describe the difference between a Dominos in America and a Dominos in Mexico, I can tell you 100% that there is a difference! Especially with the cheeses and the meats.

Domino's Pizza - Lake Chapala is right around the corner. Next door is a 1600's church, then a Walmart and then a massive whore house. Its a different world!
