Ordered two pizzas, and only received one of the pizzas I ordered, even though they were both on…read morethe receipt. First, the delivery person tried telling me that only one pizza was charged, even though two were clearly on there. Second, when I called to make sure they'd send the missing pizza, I pointed out that it would arrive passed their 50-minute-or-it's-free promise and that I didn't want to pay for the second pizza. The woman said that there was nothing she could do and that we would still have to pay for the pizza unless it took over 30 minutes to arrive. I pointed out that their promise is that I would receive my order within 50 minutes, which I did not - I received only part of my order. I also pointed out that if that's their logic, then what's to stop them from purposely sending out incomplete orders just to avoid orders being free. The woman said she guaranteed that they don't do that, but that's completely useless because she also guaranteed my order would arrive within 50 minutes. This experience demonstrates bad faith and clearly illustrates a complete disrespect for their customer-satisfaction.
