I prefer home made sauces and such. On the other hand, the friendliness of the staff was unparalleled. The pizza looked pretty good so I planned to go back for a cheese pie. The next time I went I got the food to go. The Hero was about half the size and had almost no cheese. It still tasted good but was a very different take out order than a dine in order so plan accordingly. Another time I went to get a calzone. As a NY pizza place I expected the calzone to be a normal NY calzone like I would get back home (ricotta and mozzarella only). That was not the case. This has red sauce in it! It's really a folded pizza with "toppings" inside, not a calzone. I paid to add ricotta and asked for the sauce to be on the side instead of inside. They said no problem then charged me for a side of red sauce which would have been a free inclusion. It was a very strange experience. As a New Yorker I was hoping for a little taste of home. Sadly I'll have to just stick to the dine in chicken parm hero.

What a pathetic excuse for a manager. We ordered a pizza the other night and it was something we…read morehad not ordered. So we did what anyone would do, we called to seek restitution. We wanted two things, our money back or a credit for the mistake they had committed and a simple, 'I'm sorry, it won't happen again'. That's it, heck we truly could of care less about the money, however we wanted an apology. Well the nightmare that followed was unbelievable to put it mildly. It started by talking to whom. You guess it, the manager. The conversation went like this, 'what do you want, client, I would like to inform you that we received the wrong pizza. The manager, so what do you want me to do about it. Want to talk to person who made your pizza. Us, no we are talking to the correct person. We wanted to bring this matter to your attention and request a refund. Manager, can't do it. Us, what? Manager yea it's almost impossible. Sure you don't want to talk to the person who made your pizza? Us no. Anyways this so called manager obviously runs his store by being incompetent and a totally sophomoric imbecile. I use to love this pizza, however not anymore.

We tried the Lucille topped with chicken, bacon, roasted garlic, Roma tomatoes, and a garlic ranch drizzle - our whole group loved this pizza!! We tried both the cheese sticks and the olive bread cheese sticks - we ended up liking the regular best but it was fun to try a variety! We also ordered a Greek salad and this salad was exceptional!! The ingredients - fire roasted tomatoes, artichokes, roasted red peppers, goat cheese, romaine, and Greek dressing paired together for one of the best salads we've had a long time! So delicious!! I placed my order online - the pickup time was super accurate and the staff was super friendly when we came in to grab our order! We didn't eat inside but the place looked super cute and like a great place to bring a family for a pizza night out!! I wish I had pictures to share as everything was beautifully presented and looked just as good as it tasted! Highly recommend Lost Pizza!! :)
