Although I have heard from at least two people who say that they have witnessed the kitchen inside their restaurant here in South Williamson, Ky being very unclean and that the employees who take care of baking the pizzas aren't being clean themselves. Although these two people who complained about the cleanliness in their kitchen are the two people I very much trust with all my life, I have yet to ever witness their kitchen being unclean myself, therefore, I am still their one of a long-time customer and will not stop being their customer. At least until I do witness their kitchen being unclean, or have very strong evidence that their kitchen is indeed dirty and I can confirm it myself then I would no longer be their customer. If that does happen, I will make sure of myself to return to this review and either update or remove to make another accurate review.

I figured no biggie, they're probably just busy. I called back, the guy yells "Hello??" in my ear as I'm saying I wanted to place an order for pickup, then he tells me to hang on a minute. I can hear laughing & talking in the background, then he asks for my phone # & takes my order. He says it'd be ready in 20-25 minutes & would come to $23-something.... We waited 25 minutes, then drove up to their drive thru to pick it up. The lady asks what name it was under, but they didn't ask for a name over the phone, so she asks for the last 4 of the phone #. After about 3-4 minutes of pretending to look, she says they don't have our order. Needless to say, McDonald's ended up being pretty good for dinner, .

With that being said, about being pizza aficionado and would only recommends if I truly finds them pleasing. Now Giovanni's in South Williamson, also in Pikeville, Logan, Pigeon Forge and many of other locations is disgusting at best. Giovanni's employees often overdo the sauces on pizzas, the recipe of their crust are very rough, hardly eatable and their choice of cheeses to serve on their pizzas are worst as I almost couldn't find any difference in between of their cheese and rubber. However they do have something on their menu that I somewhat find the pleasure to eat, although they aren't definitely the best out there and that would be their pizza turnovers. I would grade their pizza turnover an C- at best but it is eatable, only if you would at least eat once every month otherwise you can quickly get burnt out of their pizza turnovers.
