Pizza was very burnt. Was starving so I ate the non burnt parts and let my dogs eat the burnt parts which they even had a hard time eating it. We went there this evening with our daughter and her boyfriend. We couldn't hear each other. The music was so loud and there were a bunch of people drinking and cussing we felt like we were in a bar at closing time. It was beyond fun it was rudeness and ungodly behavior. Our pizzas and salads were good but we couldn't enjoy them for the behavior of others standing around the bar. If they don't put a stop to this they might as well turn it into a bar. I heard the F word At least 20 times. Insane for a restaurant. If you ever go try to sit in the back room away from that area. This happened before to us and we hadn't been back because of it. Let me start off by saying, our waitress was amazing! I believe her name was Ashley. We came in with a group and she treated all of us well. She was sweet and attentive. The food, however, left much to be desired. We ordered garlic knots, spaghetti, a hot ham and cheese with fries (fries were an extra charge and not included in the already $10 price of the sandwich), a water, and a beer. The sandwich was pretty basic but it's a sandwich, there were no high expectations there. The fries were bland. The spaghetti had a very weird aftertaste and just a poor taste in general. The garlic knot that game with the spaghetti had no seasoning or anything but the extra ones we ordered had Parmesan on them and tasted much better than the one that came with the meal. We've given this establishment a few tries getting the burgers, ham wedges, and pizzas and just haven't been impressed with any of it. We were in town for the Hatfield McCoy Marathon. Pizza is a natural craving prerace. 3 Guys isn't much to look at on the outside but it has real heart inside. Pizza exceeded my expectations. I was very disappointed in my dining experience Saturday night around 8 o'clock ...We have been here several times and always have a great experience but this time we had an issue we sit in one of the booths and there was a couple in the booth behind us we had hardly sit down and the gentleman behind us started to cuss at my date stating he was pushing against his back very rudely and loud he kept on and on my boyfriend wasn't even pressed against the back of the booth people sitting by could hear him it was very embarrassing he was loud enough that I'm sure the waitress heard him someone that worked there should have came and calmed that situation down read more

If you order online for delivery; they've been increasingly becoming late on deliveries by over a hour to their website estimate - as well, I've not gotten my complete order repetitively to where they don't bring all of my order (this has happened the past 5 times I've ordered delivery). When I ask them to check the order before coming on my delivery instructions because it's such an issue - it's not good when you order two kids spaghetti meals & one of your kid gets their meal but the other doesn't (then you got to re-wait the whole delivery process). Would recommend to go dine-in or pick-up, because the delivery system is busted for this restaurant, especially of late. As well, eventually the food gets to you cold, then have to warm it up when it gets to you. read more
