The service is really bad. My wife went to pick up Pizza and the guy just stared at her, didn't even ask what she wanted after she was done ordering, he closed the window on her, the food very cold and hard no one ever answers the phone there. Very disappointed read more

This LC location is not nice. When I was pulling in to the restaurant, I actually was wondering if it had closed down, the hedges outside were very overgrown and the parking lot is in moderate disrepair. When i got inside, none of the tables were clean and it just looked very grungy and dated. My intention was to order many pizzas at low cost, which I achieved, albeit with a very long wait time. I think it took me 22 minutes to get my order. Transactions at the Lake Jackson LC are much quicker, and the restaurant is much cleaner. No more Angleton LC for me. Pizza was standard LC stuff, it didn't stand out as any better or any worse than usual. read more

I won't review Little Caesars food because I think most people know that a $5 pizza isn't going to be gourmet fare. It's decent enough for the price as are the wings and cheesy bread. You can typically feed three to four people for less than $20 so, all in all, not too shabby. The real problem with this particular location is the service. It's always, always, always slow. Doesn't matter if they just opened, it's a lunch rush or you're the only soul there. LC's whole selling point is about "No Wait" service. Seriously, it's on the sign! I've never once gone there without waiting at least 15 minutes. If there's a person in front of you, clear your calendar because you'll be there for a bit. For whatever reason, there are generally only two people working even on Friday and Saturday nights. One cook, one cashier. The cashier mans the counter and the drive thru. As such, they don't really take your order at the drive thru speaker so much as ask you to repeat everything four times when you get to the window. What was the point of me speaking into that box again? If you order more than one item, say wings, a pizza and a liter of Pepsi. Don't expect to get a bag to hold any of that. They just hand you everything stacked up like it's a game of Jenga. Oh, and don't trust that the lid on the wing container is applied correctly. It will pop off and slide around your seat because that extra time it takes to press a lid on is generally too much hassle for the employees. You want napkins? Use the ones at your house! Dipping sauce for those wings? An extra 1.59. Yes. A 1.59 for a wee tub of ranch dressing. Curiously, I went to LC once when whom I presume was the owner/manager was working. It was the only time I didn't wait 15 minutes for my food nor did I get charged for ranch dressing. It was also the only time I got a bag for my food and napkins! I'm not sure what to make of that unless the owner is really a tyrant and forces his employees to charge extra for condiments while he gives them away. My final outing to LC was a few weeks ago. I finally realized I just can't with this place anymore and drove away after waiting for ten minutes for one order of cheesy bread. Angleton is pretty hard up for restaurants so it is inevitable that the cheap ones with terrible service will stay open forever. Personally, I'll just go to the Kroger in the same parking lot and buy a frozen pizza. read more

Too bad there isn't a zero star rating. This place is a dump run by a bunch of useless kids. $5 hot and ready? When I arrived, they had exactly NO pizza hot or ready. The place is filthy and looks like it should have closed years ago. We tried to call ahead, but they wouldn't answer the phone. They were NOT busy. And the staff didn't even acknowledge me standing at the counter until everything else they could do, except clean, was done. There was no sense of urgency. Two pizza makers were makig one pizza at a time. I ordered 7 pizzas and several other folks were already waiting. If I had some other option for pjzza to go, I would never come back here. read more

I have been going to LCs most of my life. For as long as I can remember. I thought I would do something nice for my team members for our late meeting and grab 2 pizzas. I will now be driving 7 mins farther and pay 3xs as much to get pizza... This was an unbelievable experience. I have never felt so disrespected. The music they were playing blaring the N word and the f word and everything in between. The workers were cursing every other word. And they were talking about baby mommas and I waited infuriated for 15 minutes for a HOT N READY. 2 of them... And when I got back to the meeting it was the wrong pizza... I will NEVER do business with this company. And none of my team members will be doing so while I'm at work. This was terrible. Save your time and go to Pizza Hut and order online it's much faster and worth the extra $$$ I also contacted corporate about 2 months ago about this experience and no one has even contacted me. read more

Service is horrible, place looks run down, outside lighting doesn't work and no one will answer the damn phone!

They are NEVER staffed properly and you end up waiting in line for 15+ minutes because they're "hot-n-ready" pizzas are NEVER hot and ready. You're also trapped in the line because of a large curb, so once you're stuck, you're stuck!! The place looks run down and still has hail damage from over a year ago. The pizza, for the most part, when it is ready, is hot and good. The only reason I still go there is because I love the pizza. The service is awful. Need NEW staff and management, and need to have pizza actually ready! read more
