Instead, they left a sweet, innocent young girl crying and traumatized. As a military Veteran and community leader I urge all families to not shop here, and to take your business elsewhere. The dress was sold without them communicating anything to me and they went by their contract saying the dress was now legally theirs. In the end the lady worked with me a little and gave me a small amount for it but I do still feel taken advantage of. (I would have given a 1 star if she hadn't) If you do business with this company please review the contract very well and make sure you don't let them try to trip you up so they can keep your items for free.
