This stall is located inside the North Brewing Taproom. A single bao is £5 and picking any two is a bit cheaper at £9, or £9.50 if choosing from the monthly bao specials. Vegan options are offered. Other side dishes such as gyoza, fries, and noodles are sold as well.
We each picked two baos. Despite the buns being freshly steamed, the consistency was dense and uneven. The sauce was on the heavy side and a bit more variety would have been good as all the baos had sriracha mayo. The meat itself was standard, not juicy but not dry either.

Plenty of people ordered from both businesses, but if not ordering a drink, the counter for North Brew has dispensable water. Only two employees were fulfilling orders, so our buzzer went off thirty minutes. Guest Wi-Fi and power outlets are available. read more
