My husband and I travel quite a bit and are super messy packers and lazy unpackers.. but thanks to Diego's cleaning service they manage to take so many things off our list like deep cleaning bathtub dusting all the shelves etc. Our building is very particular with who has access inside so I always have to be home to let them in and Diego has ALWAYS been super flexible with the time of the appointment. If you're looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning service I would 100% recommend Diego and his team! Diego has been super easy to communicate with! He called within a day of myself leaving a message regarding my interest in an estimate. My husband and I recently had our apartment organized and made lots of donations for things we didn't need. Diego promptly scheduled a day for him to take a look and offer a free estimate. As per usual, the first cleaning is a little more. Compared to other companies his price was reasonable. Diego let me know the biweekly rates and we were excited to get going! He informed me that he was pretty booked up but let me know right away when he was able to send someone! His helper Isabel was the one to arrive and she is doing a fantastic job. I let her know that my allergies have been bad and if she could clean the window/blinds/window sill in our bedroom and she cleaned it super thoroughly! She even organized some things in our hallway, and left my makeup vanity/mirrors spotless! I had asked her to clean the shelves on the cabinet as some of the things we had in there leaked and are sticky and she didn't miss a beat! Thank you Diego! Your services are amazing and we will be regular clients!

wish I had something positive to say about this company and its owner. She was hired through my…read morerealtor to clean our new home prior to our move in. She bid $1700 and we agreed. When we showed up, she complained that the job was underbid and she should have charged us closer to $4000. Well this was not my problem because she decided to bid the project without seeing it first. She complained that she couldn't open the windows to clean the inside sills. The inside of the windows still had a film on them because she just used a spray cleaner when clearly a deep clean would have called for ammonia water and a squeegee. She wanted to leave before the cleaning was all done (after about 8 hours) without finishing the project. She said she would come back to finish but wanted to charge me for a second visit. When I told her I wasn't going to pay her till the project was finished, or at least subtract out the cost for the windows, she became irate and said she would call the cops...which I was fine with. She then proceeded to stomp outside and complain to my realtor who had facilitated the job. My realtor couldn't talk to her because she was screaming at her, and so she told her to leave the house. Which she quickly left without coming back in. And was sure to send me a pay request for the remaining amount above my deposit. I ended up paying the full price the same evening, but I would never hire this individual again. She may be ok at cleaning small, newer houses or apartments. But she is does not follow thru on her business deals and is nasty and won't stop running her mouth if it's not an easy job. Needless to say I am still finding things dirty. Today I opened a kitchen drawer and it was filled with some old potatoes and onion peels and a spider. And I found several kitchen cabinets still dirty. I get the house needed some love...a 91 year old woman had lived there without any help for 15 years. But i would have thought a hired hand who makes this their job would have done much better and would take pride in their work. I do not recommend, take your chances on a psycho who lacks real business standards.

Absolutely Amazing I…read morecan't say enough wonderful things about Laura and her team at Carolina Flawless Finish! We recently moved into our new three-bedroom, three-bathroom home, and having Laura and her team professionally clean it made such a huge difference. They went far above and beyond our expectations, and the attention to detail was absolutely incredible. There were some areas that honestly looked like they would be extremely difficult to bring back to life -- especially the stubborn hard-water stains and buildup on the glass shower doors, discoloration around the windowsills, and the grout throughout the bathrooms. Laura and her team didn't just clean these areas; they took the time and effort to really work on them until they looked dramatically better. The difference was incredible! Walking into our home after they were finished was such an amazing feeling. Everything looked, smelled, and felt so fresh and beautiful. They didn't simply clean our house -- they helped turn our new house into a home, and that brought us so much joy. Laura, thank you so much to you and your entire team for the care, dedication, and pride you put into your work. You truly exceeded everything we expected, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you did for us. If you're looking for a cleaning company that genuinely cares about their customers, pays attention to the details, and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Carolina Flawless Finish. Thank you again, Laura, for helping make our new home feel absolutely beautiful!

We used Charm Cleaning Service this morning. Overall the work performed was acceptable…read more Our issues were more regarding Customer Service. The first issue is not xenophobic, but the person performing the service spoke zero English and had to use her phone to communicate with her. As such, it was difficult to communicate our job specs to her. She did her best but needed more support from her company. There was confusion with the order. She had to call someone and didn't understand what we wanted. We didn't get the upholstery done because she did 4 rooms instead of three. I honestly couldn't understand what the issue was but rather than pushing it, I was ready to be done. Less than an hour later I get a call from someone saying we owe more money because she did 4 rooms. -we tried to explain the issue to her but the language barrier prevented clear communication. -we didn't get the upholstery done since she "did an extra room." In summary, the quality of the work done was acceptable. The customer interaction had clear issues which could be seen as barriers to interacting with clientele. No work order was sent. I couldn't get a receipt no matter how many times I asked.
