The teachers and the family are some of the nicest people you'll meet. Our son was always happy, didn't want to leave the daycare at the end of the day and made some really nice friends there! Ms. Tang, Ms. Hannah and the others are awesome at taking care of the little ones. They kept the kids well fed and happy, we never had any complaints or issues. We had no concerns ever, our son was happy to enter their facility everyday and that speaks volumes about the love, care and affection he received. All in all, we love the service and the value. We will send our next baby in Ms. Tang's care as well!

The level of personal attention our child receives is exceptional, and we really appreciate the focus on both nutrition and development. They provide homemade vegetarian Indian food, which has been a huge plus for our family. Beyond that, they do a great job of making sure the children feel comfortable, happy, and engaged every day. Over the past 10 months, we have seen our daughter grow and progress so much, and that gives us a lot of confidence in the care and support she receives here. Our daughter started there at 22 months and graduated when she was nearly four yrs old. Ms. Sunita's team worked with us through her potty training, her difficult 2's and ensured she was totally ready for preschool when she graduated. Ms. Sunita's team helped her to start reading and tracing letters and numbers, learn dozens of rhymes, and even develop early leadership skills with younger kids in her school. Ms. Sunita's team is quite strict with their sick policy. While that inconveniences you when your child is mildly sick, it actually works quite well in reducing the total number of days that your kid will be sick in a year.

Our family feels incredibly lucky to have found Ms. Leah's Family Day Care & Montessori Preschool…read more Ms. Leah has been an extraordinary caregiver and educator for our son since he joined her daycare just before his first birthday. From day one, she made the transition so smooth for both him and us. As first-time parents, we were naturally nervous about leaving our little one in someone else's care -- but Ms. Leah quickly put all our worries to rest through her warmth, professionalism, and thoughtful communication. She provides a perfect balance of structure, love, and learning. Every morning, our son happily gets ready for daycare and greets Ms. Leah with excitement. That sense of joy and comfort tells us everything we need to know about how much he enjoys being there. Over time, we've seen him grow into a confident, curious, and independent little boy, and we credit much of that development to Ms. Leah's gentle guidance and Montessori-inspired teaching style. One of the standout things about Ms. Leah's daycare is her attention to hygiene, nutrition, and overall well-being. The environment is spotless, organized, and child-friendly. Meals are freshly prepared and balanced, and she pays careful attention to each child's dietary needs and preferences. She also makes sure the children follow good hygiene habits throughout the day -- from handwashing to proper mealtime manners. It's no exaggeration to say that our son has been healthier and happier since joining her care. Ms. Leah goes above and beyond when it comes to communication. She keeps parents informed at every step -- whether it's a change in routine, a new milestone, or even the smallest observation about behavior or learning progress. Her daily reports and regular conversations at drop-off and pick-up show how closely she pays attention to each child's needs. We always appreciate how she plans everything in advance -- there are no surprises, just smooth coordination and trust. Beyond the day-to-day care, Ms. Leah has been a true partner in our son's growth. She guided him through major developmental stages -- helping him with sleep routines, transitioning to solid foods, learning to self-feed with utensils, and even early potty training. She incorporates Montessori principles beautifully, encouraging independence, hands-on exploration, and problem-solving. Our son has learned to recognize colors, numbers, and letters, and he's developed such strong fine motor skills through creative play, art, and puzzles. More importantly, he's learning kindness, sharing, and empathy in a social setting that feels like an extended family. What we admire most about Ms. Leah is the genuine love and commitment she shows toward every child. She knows them all individually -- their personalities, moods, and learning styles -- and nurtures them accordingly. She treats every child with the same care and respect she would give her own, and that makes all the difference. Whenever we've had parenting questions or needed advice, Ms. Leah has always been there to share her experience and wisdom in such a kind and practical way. It's hard to put into words how much peace of mind we've had knowing that our son is in such good hands. Finding someone who not only provides excellent care but also actively supports your child's development is rare, and Ms. Leah truly stands out in every way. We wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Leah's Family Day Care & Montessori Preschool to any parent looking for a safe, clean, loving, and growth-focused environment for their child. Thank you, Ms. Leah, for the incredible love, patience, and dedication you've shown our son. You've been such an important part of his early years, and we are deeply grateful for everything you do.

It gave me so much comfort to know she was in good care. Best takeaways for me - instilling a routine, independence and discipline. These were important to me and I couldn't have asked for a better setting to lay the foundation. For example, my kid learned to play with a toy and keep her toys back where they were stored, wear her own socks and shoes, develop love for books, etc. Another thing I'd note is the utmost care and precaution she took during Covid. Compared to the frequency of common cold like infections I heard about in a few other centers, we felt our child's infections were less frequent. Miss Leah is very thorough and professional and that reflected in her communication style including daily reports, newsletters, texting where immediate updates are appreciated, etc. I gave my utmost trust and confidence to Ms. Leah and she kept up to it. I'm more than satisfied with my kid's experience. So lucky to have gotten a spot there for my child's first daycare experience.

The teachers and directors are truly fantastic and consistently go above and beyond for the kids and families. I'll admit, I went back and forth for a while about whether my child really needed to attend a childcare program. But once we found Elan, that uncertainty completely went away. I feel so good about what she's learning and the care and attention the staff provides every day. What really stands out is how intentional they are. The teachers lead from strong principles, handle situations thoughtfully, and create such a positive learning environment. There are always engaging activities happening that keep the kids curious and excited. They also keep me well updated. I get photos daily, updates when she eat and what she eats, things I was never expecting. Another big highlight is the outdoor playground -- it's massive, safe, and gives the kids plenty of room to run, explore, and just be kids. They have special events and activities that add tremendous value to the program. Things range from puppet shows to animal appearances and so much more. It's worth the spend. Holidays are also fun to see them celebrate, including a Christmas performance at the end of the year. I could honestly go on and on, but if you're looking for a preschool, I'd definitely recommend checking Elan out and seeing for yourself how great their program is.

The variety of vendors and special activities that come through makes me wish I could be a kid there myself! From music classes to petting zoos and magicians, there always seems to be something exciting happening. The open layout is another thing we really appreciate. It creates a sense of one big family, with kids eating and playing together. My little one gets to observe and learn from the older children, which has been wonderful for her development and for building friendships across age groups. The teachers are fantastic. Each one has their own unique personality, giving the kids a variety of role models. They're attentive about guiding behavior in a positive way and are extremely responsive to parents. We also receive plenty of photos and updates throughout the day, which makes it easy to stay connected to what our child is experiencing. The facilities are clean, colorful, and very well organized. Classrooms and bathrooms are always tidy, and the playground is impressively large with several structures and play areas. The rubberized surface and particles under the climbing structures gives me peace of mind while my little "professional climber" explores. Overall, I'm very happy we found Elan. It's also located right next to the Milpitas Library, which we often stop by after pickup. From the outside, the building and surrounding area may seem unassuming, but once you step inside, it feels like a little world of its own.

Nasreen is incredibly loving, patient, nurturing, and trustworthy. Her home is clean, safe, spacious, and feels like a second home for my children. She provides healthy home-cooked meals, indoor and outdoor play, and keeps parents updated throughout the day with pictures. What I love most is that she truly cares about the children as if they were her own. Watching both of my children feel so happy and comfortable with her gives me an incredible peace of mind. After two children, I can confidently say I wouldn't trust anyone else. We are so lucky to have found Nasreen!
