We have been using Little Accounting to do our taxes for 15-16 years. They always do a good job, but last year there was a mistake made, we received a letter from the IRS Due to the mistake our payment was late and we were charged a small penalty. Dave had worked the problem out, it was an issue with medical insurance, and told my husband to let him know when we received the final bill. We just paid the bill when it came, the penalty was minimal so my husband never bothered to let Dave know. This year my husband dropped the taxes off, a few days later we received a call from Brenda, letting us know our taxes were done. The very nice surprise was that since a mistake was made last year, they were not charging us for doing our taxes this year. Way to treat your loyal customers Little Accounting!!!! You Rock!!!!
