We have been working on getting this filed for over two years now because Ostling cannot get their sh*t together. They do not return phone calls or emails on a timely basis, and we've even dealt with "no show" appointments from their so called attorneys. We went so far as to request a refund for not following through on filing or for that matter, giving us wrong information on the type of bankruptcy we can file. For over a year, we were told that we were doing a chapter 7, and then they turn around and tell us he is not eligible and must file a chapter 11. In the meantime, we have been through two attorneys with no explanation of why they are no longer there - lost information ie check stubs, financial affidavits, etc. If we didn't have to start all over from scratch, we would go somewhere else in a heartbeat. Do NOT hire this law firm!
