I won the tickets from Yelp and I can't thank them enough. Every seat in the show is designed to see the performance from a great angle. The stage is circular and the artists sort of rotate in a way that no matter if your sitting in the last row or the first, you will enjoy it. You can buy the tickets online and the show is still currently being featured until February 4 2018. (I think) My favorite act was the one where they used bicycles and did some amazing acrobatic things with them. I always enjoy the singing or music aspect of Cirque Du Soleil as well. Side Note: Parking is convenient and always monitored by the employees, so your vehicle will not get stuck or no one will block it. It was cash or you can use your sun pass sticker which makes it $5 cheaper. VOLTA is here for a little while longer in Miami, go check it out to get amazed by the performances.~

Oh VOLTA…read more This show is unlike any other Cirque Du Soleil show I've seen yet. This show has everything you expect from a Cirque show and more. The show has high flying aerialist and acrobats performing hoop diving, rings and even slackline. Jump ropers who go as fast as the light on the rope - and BMX riders that can perform tricks on their bikes that will leave your jaw on the ground. This show incorporates technology in the show with the lighting and use of projection on the stage to show "memories". The show is well constructed and has a great storyline behind it. The greys, the free spirits and the super elites. The costumes in this show are unique with each grouping mentioned above, as each costume has a different representation. The music in the show is great, it is something that can be listened to often and you would not know that it belong to a Cirque Du Soleil show. The Grand Chapiteau (the big top) is designed differently than the traditional colors of the big top which are usually a yellow gold and a dark blue. Volta has a grey big top tent and then they associate with lights so the tent changes colors which is neat to see at night time. The show is great for a girls night out, date night with a significant other or a day out with the kiddos. Just remember to find your free spirit.

I took my mother and my adult daughter on a Wednesday night. We had handicapped seats, which were first come first serve, so I wanted to arrive early and get a good seat. We arrived about an hour early, and were able to park just steps from the entrance. When we walked in, we saw a room full of concessions : soda, popcorn, cotton candy, nachos, and all of the usual circus foods. There were only about four other people inside the big tent, and we were worried that it was going to be an empty house. Little by little it started to fill up and it got to be about half full. The handicapped seats were really good, lower level center, about five or six rows back. Before the show and during intermission they had vendors coming around selling the cotton candy, popcorn, soda, and also chocolate covered apples, chocolate covered, strawberries, and all kinds of light up toys that were catching the eyes of children. There were a few children there, but not too many since it was a Wednesday night. The show started pretty much right on time. There were dancers, jugglers, and acrobats and all kinds of dazzling costumes. They opened up with a big production with many people, and then went into an act with an aerial performer who swung by her arms , her feet, her hair and who also juggled while suspended. There were several different acrobatic acts, men and women in groups completing daring feats of balance and all sorts of gymnastics that included platforms, ladders, and even blindfolds. They also had a modern clown who entertained the crowd between acts. During intermission dancers and acrobats walked around selling novelties and taking photographs that they would try to sell. (I doubt anyone got out of there without spending an extra $15-$10). Overall it was very entertaining and something a little out of the ordinary. I know they had special prices for children....so don't miss it if Cirque Italia comes to your town!

I believed I was using the Cirque Italia website but it turned out to be a secondary seller that tripled the price of tickets. There is absolutely no recourse for cancelling, exchanging tickets and it is very difficult to get a real person to talk to about the issue.

The staff in North Miami is amazing! She started guitar lessons last year with Marcel and loved it! She participated in all their camps this Summer and had a blast learning and making new friends! This School feels like a community! The staff is very warm, welcoming & patient with all the kids. The owner, Nancy, is very sweet & always goes out of her way to make everyone feel important and tended to. We are blessed to have found such a loving community! My daughter starts the Performance Band Program next week, thankfully! She's been missing the staff, since Summer camp ended 2 weeks ago. In terms of her progress, now not only does she sing & play guitar, but is learning bass & piano, & is hoping to learn drums soon! I see her truly motivated, which was hard to see since the start of the pandemic! Not only is she learning and having fun in a safe environment, but she is motivated and happy! Sabina, Teddy, Robert, Dylan & Jasmine are part of the School of Rock family in North Miami and my daughter loves them all! The School goes out of its way to keep everyone safe with their safety precautions. They wear masks, maintain a safe distance, encourage washing & sanitizing hands. We're looking forward to seeing them again next week to continue this Rock & Roll journey!

I learned so much in every single class I took. In university at USF I took a semester of ballet and the teacher complimented my technique as being the best one in the class, all thanks to the wonderful education I received at academy of arts. Now in 2025 my 3 year old daughter is taking classes and is enjoying every class. My mother, daughter and I recently went to the Christmas show and we were so proud to experience the show. It was such a great show, still professional and beautiful. 13 years later and Academy of Arts is still producing wonderful dancers. I highly recommend this studio to all dancers and artists who are eager to learn and perfect their craft.

The faculty is certified and have led professional careers in their respective areas of creative expertise. They begin laying a foundation from the preschool years all the way to young adulthood. And they have both female and male students. They also offer an AfterSchool program and work your child's classes at a mutually suitable schedule. I also look forward to their professionally-mounted recitals every year.
