Therefore, I thought the gloss service included a blowout or a haircut. I was explained that they're actually 2 different charges afterwards, and the bill came to over $114. I think the website is very misleading and the services descriptions should be more clearly stated to avoid any confusion. My hair turned out really well but I don't think it was worth the amount paid.

Sarah did not blow dry the hair before applying the product, she did not apply the product thoroughly through my hair- completely skipped the back lower section and when I asked her she said she'd already done that part (I can see, you know?), she did not blowout the hair (it's called Brazilian BLOWOUT for a reason) she only dried the hair and used a straightening iron when my hair was still damp. I should have just walked out. When she washed my hair again and dried it, it was so obvious that the Brazilian didn't work. The lower back section was completely curly and she kept giving excuses saying it was just my hair being stubborn. Just to give you an idea, a typical Brazilian Blowout service lasts 3 to 4 hours on long hair. It only took her an hour and 45 minutes. Sarah was also rude, complaining about my hair ("you have way too much hair! Your hair is so dry!") Uh- Sarah your hair is lamentable- especially for a hairdresser. And that would be fine if the results were great, but my highlights are pretty bad--splotchy, too thick, weirdly placed--and the cut is...fine. It's hard to mess my hair up. The worst part, though, is they quoted me a price, then bleached my hair and took the foils off (so I'm sitting there with white stripes all over my head) and told me it would be an additional $30 for toner. That TONER wasn't included in a "mini-highlight." What? Are you telling me you just put bleach on people's hair and then send them out into the world and call that "highlights"? I only had the one bill in my travel small purse and it was a $50 as I originally had paid my dog sitter before I left town $250 all in $50's and saved the last one for the trip, thinking with my credit card it would be enough. I had wandered away as she processed the payment at some items on a shelf. I'm sure she put the bill under others and then robbed me by telling me she did not have a $50 visible on top in her drawer.
