The teacher is very welcoming and makes you feel like you fit in, so that you can focus on getting the most out of the exercises. The other people who go are really friendly too, and there is a general feeling from everybody that you are doing something that is good for you. I would say its definitely worth giving this a go if you are thinking about it.
