We experienced a small problem with the refrigerator that was addressed and fixed promptly. The owner anticipated our needs by having almost all pottery, utensil, and pot you need. The only problem was the living room furniture which was not only uncomfortable but flimsy and well below the standards of anyone's expectations for the price of the rental property. For the small price of a decent living room set this house would have gotten an excellent rating from me.

My sister purchased the house in 2007 for $1.5mm. The house was listed prior to her death in the $2.3mm range. After her passing, in 2021 the Executor along with Schlosser R.E. Sold the house for the EXACT same price as my sister purchased it for some 13 years earlier, meaning the house did not appreciate at all in value that entire time? The market in 2021 was very strong with interest rates at a record low. Skip ahead to 2023, LESS than 2 yrs later, and the house is re-listed for $2.5mm. Somehow, in 13 years, it didn't appreciate in value at all, but in two years it went up $1 million. There has been no major work (or any real work) done to the house in that time. Pls research the details for yourself as they are public record. You can also see the summer rental record over that time frame supporting the value ($8-$12k per week in the summer). **House currently "pending" with asking price of $2.5mm.
