Our family reunion vacation week for our mother's 80th Birthday at Tom and Mary Ann's house was…read morenothing short of fantastic! The weather was great..even with the complimentary downpour day to let the skin come off sizzle mode..just perfect. We were a large family group... family coming in from NY, NM, Ca and Germany. We pushed the limits in space but with the backyard patio area, rooftop hot tub soaking deck (special accolades to that), the ocean so close and so many places you could walk, bike, paddle to we never at all came to in your face situations... which we all know with family is usually inevitable. We wanted to do something special for our Mom (Omi) for her birthday so we took Mary Ann and Tom's referral and hired the caterer that they suggested... we did a luau theme and they came to the house with the pig roast complete with Hawaiian veges and salads. I for one was amazed that we actually surprised her but I do believe we really pulled it off. We were initially hesitant to rent because of landowners sharing the same house..but we started our search late and there weren't many options to accommodate our large group so we took the chance. Couldn't have been any farther from the fears we had to reality. Always friendly and helpful.. never intrusive or controlling. By the time we left it felt like we were leaving old friends.... the hot donuts Mary Ann brought us from an old time LBI donut shop, the morning before we left sealed the deal! Our family grew up summers in LBI..staying with friends that owned and/or our family renting for weeks at a time. I think I can speak for our family in saying we came home that week. A wonderful magical place in our memories. Lucky me got to share it with my granddaughter while my Mom (Omi) is still with us and oh so big a center of our family. 4 generations of LBI addicts.... what better place to enjoy family!

The rooms were fully furnished and came with all the furniture you need to call home. They have a fully equipped living room/kitchen but you have to bring your own sheets/pillows for the bedroom. Cable is provided along with heating/AC and you do not need to pay for them. All the rooms were very nice. They even have a laundry room. However, the dryers aren't very good but there are many convenient laundromats that have better dryers (I used SodaSudz Laundromat to dry). That wasn't a big problem at all as everything else was good. Overall, the community is very good and very family friendly. The location is excellent since the beach is a short walk away where all the bars/stores/restaurants are. I think the management is very nice. Nicholas/Sal are very nice and accommodating. If I have the opportunity to come back, I totally would.

They have super nice on-site staff that will address any/all of your concerns right away. They even text you right after check in to be sure you are happy. We love Cest Blu it's our favorite location and is usually booked a year in advance. It's absolutely breathtaking. We also love Fishbay suite, which is the absolute best location when you have autistic children like we do. Then they can see everything, go out do 1-2 things, grab food and come back and it's right there. It's front area is also perfect for the kids on any rainy days. The beach suites are fantastic. We like the bottom ones as you can walk out your back door right to the pool and courtyard. Especially wonderful for those with disabilities or elderly. It's a smoke free environment as well. Grand Beach House is one of our children's favorites. It's on the bayside and is nice and quiet, has the pool right behind it, the office and courtyard right there. It's close to the free bay beach, and to the boardwalk but not so close it's loud and it's safe. All of their properties are. We also love Sandcastle it's beautiful and has a cute little coffee station. It's on a property with a pool as well. My parents love Park 1. It's close to the o Street beach, and boardwalk, but is SUPER QUIET.

All kinds of goodies related to the show as well as custom print shirts, hoodies, etc. The Jersey Shore House is right behind and above the store on the boardwalk and you can even book a tour of "the house" when they are running them. If you take the time to walk around the block you will see the enterance to the house including the iconic Italian painted garage door you see on the show. The staff in the store was more than friendly & helpful. We ended up spending over an hour in the store because there are so many fun items to see! Enjoy!

It also defined a look which so many girls and guys go for (yumm) but is not very well represented on TV. It was very fake and staged and manufactured (all reality TV is, and it all sucks equally, and we're all fools for ever watching it), but at the same time it's good that it came around because people can now be honest about what they want to look like, and what they like looking at. JWoww is definitely one of the sexiest girls in TV history and Snooki is one of the cutest and most adorable as well. People love to hate on the people on this show, but if it's up to me I would say there's nothing wrong with these people or anyone else on TV specifically, any more than is wrong with all of us. We love to point fingers and judge, make fun and ogle other people's lives. It's a substitute for having lives of our own, and the only people any of us should be judging and giving advice to... is ourselves. Worry about yourself and let the Shore people and every other person, live their own life. More importantly, we should focus power on the 1% that control us and keep ripping us off and destroying our world and making money off it and then lying to us about it. Let me be clear I know the regulations and expectations ... I was moving into a rental in July of 2019 .. It was the height of a heat wave .. it was 100 degrees. The home we were moving into was not rented the week prior.. The home owners who we knew because we had rented their home many times before were fine with us getting into the home an hour before the 2pm check in time. The woman who presented herself to be the owner of the agency her name was Pat .. was arrogant and unwilling to let us into that home 5 minutes early. My 90 year old mother sat in a car for hours in 100 degrees for no other reason than this woman needed to prove she was in charge. Now we are purchasing a home in Chadwick beach we would NEVER consider chadwick beach reality ... maybe she should think next time she wants to be disrespectful and show she is "IN CHARGE" and I hope her mother NEVER has to sit in a car for hours at 100 degrees because someone wants to be a witch
