I knew from our first intro call that we were going to be a great match for wedding photos and the whole process leading up to it. Allie is so positive, reassuring, professional, and has the absolute best energy. We knew we wanted someone who we vibed with extremely well seeing as neither my husband nor I are models and aren't the most comfortable in front of a camera. Allie made us feel beyond comfortable and we had such a fun time every time we got together with her that every photo looked natural and perfect in turn! We did our engagement photos with Allie first, and with fires in So Cal we had to re schedule last minute. We're not local so this meant another trip to San Diego, but Allie was overly accommodating and did whatever was needed to make it work for us. She tracked weather patterns and adjusted on the fly to ensure we got the perfect beach photos we were hoping for! We talked and laughed the whole time I had no idea how many photos she actually got, come to find out she got a TON of absolutely perfect looking photos!! We were so beyond thrilled. Leading up to our wedding day, Allie was in touch with us to build timelines, photo lists, and discuss our vision. In terms of vendor support she is seriously top notch and was always available to us. On our wedding day, Allie brought the same infectious energy and positivity we had received from her all along and that made SUCH a huge difference in our day! She made us feel like royalty, so relaxed, and kept us smiling and laughing the entire time. Both film and digital pictures turned out UNREAL and we have never been happier with photos of ourselves! Allie is one of a kind and her work is the most stunning art I've ever seen. We are so thrilled to have met her and been given such magical forever keepsakes from our big day, I cannot wait to work with her again for future life events. Not only did we find the most perfect wedding vendor in Allie, but we found a forever friend as well and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. The way she incorporates film and edits her digital photos to match gave her work such a timeless feel. We got to work with her for our engagement shoot, and she instantly made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. She guided us through poses with such ease, and we're so grateful because the photos turned out absolutely beautiful. On our wedding day, Allie and her team were a total joy. They brought the energy, the direction, and the professionalism. Our entire wedding party couldn't stop raving about how seamlessly she managed the photos and how confident she was behind the lens. We truly can't wait to see our wedding photos, because if they're anything like the experience we had working with her, they're going to be incredible. Thank you so much, Allie, for everything!

The photos came in the exact time she quoted us but the edits look like pictures taken and edited off an iPhone. Not happy with them. I had to re-crop and edit majority of all photos as best I could as all the edits completely washed out our skin tone, the colors of the sky etc. I asked for the raws so I could just edit them myself from scratch and it's been 2 weeks and still haven't received them. Didn't remind us or inform to take phones/wallets out of pockets so those just look lovely in all our photos **sarcasm**. Book with someone else who knows what they're doing and takes their time on special memories like this. Updating my review! Got some of the raws back a day after making my review, which was nice of her to send as she said she didn't usually do so, but the quality of the photos look like they were taken on an iPhone..it was nice to see some of the photos that didn't come through as finals. I am deeply saddened by the outcome of the photos provided by this company. We were initially promised a specific photographer, 'Josh,' based on his recommended portfolio. However, only one week before our wedding, we were assigned 'Anel,' whose work we had never seen. On our wedding day, the level of professionalism and quality of work was unacceptable: Lack of direction: There was little to no guidance on posing or lighting. The photographer made comments like, 'What was that?' or 'What's that face?' instead of providing constructive direction. Poor Technical Execution: Many family photos feature heavy, unflattering shade cast across faces. Across the entire collection, there is only one usable, direct shot of my husband and me facing the camera. Absenteeism: During the cocktail hour, which we hired the photographer to cover, the photographer was found sitting in the dressing room instead of actively taking candid photos of our guests. I actually had to seek out the photographer to initiate coverage of the event. Frankly, the final delivered collection lacked the quality and professional execution we would expect from a paid vendor. It felt like paying a friend to snap photos, not a professional with an understanding of lighting and composition. A further point of concern: not a single photo from our wedding has ever been featured on the company's website or social media. We anticipated a high level of work based on the company's advertised portfolio, and what we received fell far short of that professional standard.
