From the beginning, she impressed us with her level of preparedness and professionalism. At our first meeting, she already had been looking at the value of the home we wanted to sell and had outlined a marketing plan. We contacted her to discuss it and she had already lined up the appropriate professionals to verify the concerns and prepare quotes to help us in our response to the buyers. She was rude and unprofessional and rather than take responsibility for her employee, Jackie refused to talk to me and tried to force me to deal with the assistant only. I was really disappointed in her lack of professionalism. If you are a property owner I'd think twice about hiring Jackie to manage your rental. I also don't recommend renting properties that this company manages.
