She was more than willing to see a lot of houses in a 2-day period because I needed to move fast and quickly learn the area and the market. Ultimately, I went with new construction and Chelsea was instrumental in the purchasing process ad the blue tape walkthrough. She was picking out things for the builder to address that I would have totally missed. She kept me on point throughout the process of getting approved through closing. She was constantly following up with Lennar on my behalf and kept the process smoothly moving forward.

From the beginning, she impressed us with her level of preparedness and professionalism. At our first meeting, she already had been looking at the value of the home we wanted to sell and had outlined a marketing plan. She was also quick to respond when we had questions and stayed in constant communication with us regarding feedback from showings and other events during the process. She helped talk us through every step of the way as we received an offer and went through negotiations. From the inspection, some concerns were noted. We contacted her to discuss it and she had already lined up the appropriate professionals to verify the concerns and prepare quotes to help us in our response to the buyers. Negotiations were smooth with no major issues arising. We had already narrowed down the general area in which we were interested in living. She provided additional information based on her knowledge of the area which enabled us to further narrow our search. We quickly found a property and she was on top of the negotiations. She has a team of venders available that was helpful as the inspection identified hail damage to the roof. Her roofer was able to provide verification and helped in working with the sellers to get the issue addressed by their insurance prior to closing. We highly recommend her for her knowledge, communication skills, and for staying on top of things every step of the way throughout the process.

Ms. Diane Grove has sold 2 houses for me and her sister, Lynn McClish, helped me with my home purchase. I'm moving back home to Louisiana, and once the decision was made to move, I never even considered any other Realtor, other than Diane to handle this. What can I say about Diane that I haven't said before. She's PROFESSIONAL, EXPERIENCED COURTEOUS and most of all, KNOWLEDGABLE of the real estate market. Any company is only good as it's "support team". Ms. Juli Matyasovsky is always there to address any additional concerns you may have about the process. Diane has excellent communications skills, and is truly a "People Person". Her "can do attitude" speaks volumes about how the Grove Team conducts business. Yes, I know there's a number of real estate professionals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, it's only because of the trust I have in her, I would not even entertain a conversation with another Realtor, regardless. Diane's hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. She sold my first house in 3 days and this time she even outdid that by selling my house in an amazing 48 hours. Diane kept me abreast of the situation, answering all my questions, provided objective market data and tons of information about home sales in the area. Diane made this whole process incredibly easy and she took extra steps I believe many other Realtors wouldn't. I strongly recommend the Grove Team to anyone. I realize that it won't always be this easy to buy and sell a home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor than Diane Grove. Thanks again. v/r Ronald L. And you can be sure that I'll use the Grove Team again then, too. Consistently, the entire Grove Team has been available, responsive and has provided me with sound advice. From staging my home to getting the most value from updates before the sale; from market conditions to marketing plans, and from communities to contractors, their guidance has been spot on. Diane is my "friend in the real estate business," and I recommend her to all of my friends! I'm confident you'll agree!
