My husband and I have never waited more than a few minutes for our appointment before we are called into the doctor's office. I really like how the office separates the sick patients from the well patients. The well patients waiting room eased our stress as first time parents since we had to visit for all of the newborn immunizations during cold and flu season. If I had any complaints it would be that the parking spaces are a bit tight, but that is expected in South Tampa.

Judy greeted us in a very friendly and welcoming manner. She was also super sweet and friendly over the phone when I called to schedule our appointment. She was so patient with my highly active one year old and played with her as I shuffled all my things along with a newborn. She was such a big help and I'll never forget that. I felt relieved not feeling judged or rushed while I was there and this was all before even meeting the doctor! Dr Rivera is amazing as well. My babies responded to him so well. He is very knowledgeable and sweet, friendly, not intimidating and judgy which is everything I was looking for in a new pediatrician! In addition to medical services they have access to a lot of useful resources that parents of young children could use. It feels like family every visit and I'm forever grateful for them being my babies' medical provider! If I could give them more stars I would because 5 doesn't seem enough!

I really enjoyed the visits we had with the PA but Dr kargas was not right for our family. On of…read moreour first visits consisted of a newborn appt and my mother-in-law attended with us. Dr Kargas asked how breastfeeding was going and when I had no complaints he responded with how durable my nipples must be... I told him (as almost every mother does) that the newborn has was an issue and I wanted to be sure I was doing everything possible to offer comfort for my baby. He told me I should stop drinking carbonated beverages, not to eat onions as well as a long list of food (most being produce) or anything That may cause gas in me as that will indeed give baby gas. After a tiny amount of research I was able to find that these are not proven ways to diagnose a n allergy or pass gas to baby via breast milk. We changed pediatricians and without even explaining this experience their first response was to test baby's poop overs period of several visits before ordering momma drastic diet change. Outdated medical views and pushy views unless you speak to PA.
