Spoke with Chris before I took my dog up, hoping to get him as a trainer. When we arrived to drop him off Chris stuck his head around the corner to look at my my dog not saying a word and walked away. Apparently they get to pick and choose what dogs they want to train. Our trainer was not even listed on the staff. We only received 2 phone calls during his training, after I had to repeatedly reach out to them. My dog had severe diarrhea upon return and has messed all through the house. Recommend looking elsewhere for training.

The Veterinarians, the professional staff, and the receptionists are all wonderful and terrifically helpful. Somewhat expensive (although not, by any means, the most expensive place out there) their facilities are top notch as well. Ever look behind the scenes to see what your Veterinarian has, as far as equipment? I didn't think so. Well these folks have everything they need to make any procedure as safe and smooth for your pet as they possibly can. Does you vet send your animal home with pain medication after a procedure? If they don't, did you ever ask yourself why? The vets at Shiloh do, and I'll tell you - it makes a HUGE difference in their recovery. These folks are absolutely the best.

When we simply asked for help with her medical bills they offered $300 refund of service fee (if we signed disclosure agreement) leaving us with the entire medical cost (almost $9000). Hard to believe they market that they help your pet when they care more about their profits than their customers. We've since removed the system ourselves. We'll find other "safer" containment options for our dog! Good riddance.

I work at the hospital and have a busy unpredictable schedule sometimes but she was so understanding and accommodating to me which meant the world. I have 2 big dogs and I was a bit nervous about getting them accommodated, but she was so patient and reassuring the whole time. You can tell shes passionate about what she does and she's very good at it as well! She will work with you and your dog no matter how long it takes - A very pleasant experience overall!
