After that you can make your way to the front (10 feet away) to check in for your appointment. I checked in and the gals were very friendly and smiling. I waited maybe five minutes before I was called to the back. The nurse was extremely friendly and genuinely cared about my answers. Today I saw Dr. Lake, my mom recommend him specifically. He seems extremely knowledgeable right off the bat which is always good in a doctor. He apparently leaves tomorrow so tricare is a bit annoying they made him my PCM for one visit but that's no big deal. The lab is very clean and easy to find. The two gals working here are very nice and actually care to chat with the people coming in. I got a bit of blood work done and it was slow but painless lol. The pharmacy, I know it's not their fault but they don't stock two of my medications I was easily able to get in Washington so that's really annoying but again not their fault but worth mentioning. The wait is long, so be prepared. Overall this place has everything a large hospital would have with really personable staff. I'm so excited this is my new hospital.

I like the concept that she is providing in healthcare. With an annual membership you get unlimited visits, 2 sets of labs and most medications at cost from the office dispensary for a set price with no surprise costs to be concerned about. This has made medical care affordable for me while enjoying the experience of no long waits and getting in quickly. Her assistant, Sharon, is a great asset in the office to schedule appointments, take your vitals and draw your labs. She's very personable and always smiling. Dr. Lavallee has been more than a physician to me. She's helped me get through some of the most difficult times life has presented me. I can't imagine, looking back, how I'd have made it through these last 7 years without her care. She makes getting better unbelievably enjoyable. To put it very simply, I consider Dr. Marilyn Lavallee the absolute best!

I explained to the intake receptionist that I didn't have an appointment but I wasn't feeling well and hoped the medical staff could work me in, instead of me going to ER. Without blinking an eye, the intake person told me to have a seat and told me to have a seat and that I was checked in. I was very relieved expecting to have an issue because I didn't have an appointment. Within 5 minutes they called me back. Gage (PA) was very thorough. He ordered blood drawn an EKG. He was patient and listened to all my concerns. This is by far one of the best Medical practices I have been to.
