Pros:ALL of their staff are so awesome! They're friendly and never rude. and super understanding…read more They answer all of your questions and create an environment to help put you at ease and soothe your nerves. They send you reminder emails, and appointment confirmations, and a reminder email a little just before your surgery for you to take the assigned pre-surgery medication ad not to eat or drink anything 8 hours before. Plus Dr. Dingwerth personally calls you to follow-up after your surgery and the staff sends you a card that says relax, rest, recover, repeat. Cons: A bit pricier than other locations I received quotes from, but the quality is totally worth it. I came here for my consult around early October, and met with Dr. Dingwerth. Upon entering I really liked the feel of a small town office. It is nicely decorated with marble like stone and a parking lot right out in front. Entry was so easy, I was afraid it was going to be like a big hospital like building. The front staff was really nice. They actually told me over the phone I could print out and fill out some of the paperwork before I got there, so it helped save some time. I first went in for a consult to remove two impacted wisdom teeth. I called five different places before and this was my last. It was actually was on the pricier end of all the options, but I chose them because their front staff was the nicest to me over the phone, and they were the realest. They didn't make me feel rushed or sound annoyed with me to just want to get off the phone. They gave me about an estimate, and worked with me. Once we got to talking they told me I could probably use my recent halo x-rays from my general dentist and that that would probably help lower the consult price. I was nervous to meet my oral surgeon, as I have never had surgery before, but from my experiences with doctors I was expecting to see him for like 2 seconds before leaving to take care of other patients. But that wasn't the case. Dr. Dingwerth was my oral surgeon, and he was super nice. He was patient and answered all my questions, and I had a lot. By the end of the consult I was feeling super comfortable and scheduled my surgery that day for next month. Again the scheduling staff was really nice and patient. I actually had to call back to change it to another day, and she was nice and just joked about it, before changing it. I appreciated the reminder emails to take my pre-surgery medication and not to eat 8 hours before, because I had forgotten. On the day of my surgery my nerves were affecting me in full force, but Dr. Dingwerth was unfazed and had an aura of calm that helped my uneasiness. All I remembered was one second we were making friendly chat about the holidays and the next I was waking up from a successful surgery. I'm sure I said or did some foolish things post surgery, but everyone was super nice about it and paid them no mind. My cheeks swelled up and I looked like I had chipmunk cheeks, but I felt little to no pain. Dr. Dingwerth called me later on that evening to see how I was doing, and I received a get well soon card signed by all the staff and Dr. Dingwerth a few days after. All in all they left me with a pretty good feeling. These are some good people, and they do quality work. You might have to pay a little more, but in my opinion it was totally worth it.

The high tech X-Ray equipment was impressive, as well as the actual dental op rooms.. Fine care by assistants to Dr.Dingwerth provided me with comfort and confidence. The expertise of Dr. Dingwerth was exceptional, convincing me of future recommendations . The procedures of extractions were remarkable and were without pain or anxiety for me. If needed I will return for his care. Insurance and payments were expeditious.

Let me start off my stating KB Dental was my most positive experience ever going to the dentist…read more The professionalism and effort to make the situation comfortable was above and beyond, I was so thankful to find such great dental care close to home. If you are on the fence on finding a dentist or wanting to find a new dentist, congratulations you've just found your forever dentist. I am very picky about dentists, it takes time to build trust and know that you're in good hands. In fact, I kept the same dentist for ten years and traveled over an hour to make each appointment. I was very apprehensive and wanted to stay with what I knew. Life got busier and then COVID hit, I fell behind in my dental visits and I took the opportunity to do some research to see if there was a dentist closer to home. I am so glad I did. I was very impressed at the new technology that Dr. Bartz uses, it definitely made the visit easier and seemed to go much faster. The office was very clean and beautifully decorated, I was very comfortable at all times. The staff was very accommodating and wanted to make sure I was comfortable at all times. My experience with KB Dental and Dr. Bartz was first-rate all the way, I'm thankful to have found a dentist I can trust so close to home.

As a very anxious dental patient I fear going to the dentist. Yesterday I had an emergency visit…read morefor my front tooth. My anxiety level was through the roof. Dr. On and her assistant, Chelsea handled me with aplomb. Not only did they dispel my anxiety with their detailed explanations, but they calmly spoke to me throughout the procedure to ensure that I knew what they were doing and how long it would take. Thank you Dr. On and Chelsea for making the visit to the dentist my best one ever. You are both amazing professionals.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this office. We received inconsistent information from…read moredifferent providers about my husband's treatment. Initially, we were told that both impacted wisdom teeth needed to be removed with bone grafts. Later, another provider said only one tooth would need a bone graft. When we finally met with the oral surgeon, she advised us not to remove the right impacted tooth because it was lying sideways, very close to the nerve, and could cause permanent numbness. We ended up removing only the left tooth. The billing was just as confusing. We were charged for one hour of IV anesthesia (four 15-minute units), but the timeline simply doesn't add up. I left the treatment room at 1:03 PM, and my husband didn't even have an IV yet. At 1:33 PM, a staff member told me the procedure was finished and asked me to bring the car around. My husband walked out at 1:45 PM. When I questioned the one-hour anesthesia charge, I was told it included recovery time. That explanation did not make sense to me, especially when the actual sedation time appeared to be much shorter. Patients deserve clear communication, consistent treatment recommendations, and accurate billing. I have requested a detailed explanation of the charges and hope the office will review and correct them. Until then, I cannot recommend this practice.
