Once this transaction goes through I'll be blocking the business going forward. Certainly will never spend a penny there again. Will inform all my friends in the neighborhood what happened. Dude has a right to his opinion. He can do what he wants in his space... HOWEVER, his attempts to suppress my opinion -- which was only on my car -- not something I initiated otherwise with him. Screaming at me because I won't rubberstamp his delusions. Definitely unprofessional & not customer friendly.
