He showed me what they had in stock - explained that I needed to put a $500 deposit down to hold a trailer - and then dove into action proactively getting a new hydraulic Jack installed, a new water tank, and some other things transferred from the tack room of my old trailer - alll to beat a snow storm coming in so I could get my new beautiful trailer safely back to Parker!! Rocky in the service department even delayed going home to drive over to the trailer to ask me if I was happy with everything he did! These are some of the great reasons Scott Murdock has been around selling and servicing trailers for 40 years!

From the first day Roger showed me trailers, to helping us through the financing process, getting a gooseneck hitch installed in our truck, and day of signing final paperwork, Roger treated us like family and brought such professionalism to the entire process. With his experience in the horse industry as well as the trailer sales industry, Roger was able to relate to me and understand exactly what I needed for my business. We look forward to a relationship with Roger and Scott Murdock Trailer Sales for years to come!

The quality and installation went perfect at the schedule time. A few weeks later Steve called and asked if i was happy with the topper. I told him I was. Steve said that Ranch toppers called and had another new topper that might fit my truck even better. A week later I had the new topper on my truck and it did fit my truck perfectly. All was done at no charge to me. They could have just let it all go, but the whole crew at D&E is very helpful and concerned. You do not get this type of service from other dealers. Thanks to everyone at D&E, and i recommenced them to anyone looking for a golf cart, trailer or truck supplies and accessories.

Five hours later and the majority of our items have not been moved into our new house. Because they showed up at 11:30 instead of 9:00 am it is now evening. They were the SLOWEST crew of young boys who were pleasant but don't quite understand what hard work means. It is now later in the evening and the 'manager' says they can't finish, which leaves us completely stranded. The boy in charge at the move was apologetic and said they would finish tomorrow. The 'Manager' texted and said they will not be finishing tomorrow and will not call us back. Do not believe their quote. Do not believe their timeline. Do not believe they are professionals. Do not believe the job will actually get done. And do not believe they will actually show up on time.

They said they were insured. Some wood pieces of furniture…read morewere damaged. I took photos and sent them to Alpine Moving, the first thing they asked in a derogatory manner "well, are you sure they weren't scratched before the move?". I had taken pictures and sent them to Alpine. One person (Sam) said twice they would come out and look at the damage, they didn't. I spoke to others in the company (many call) one was Alec he said "what do you want out of this?" I said I wanted someone to come out and look at the damage, he said no. He said "what do you want out of this? What is your ballpark". we keep this back and forth exchange with no resolution. He said they couldn't help me because their employee said they were careful. One piece of furniture I had delivered to my previous apartment, no damage and it took the movers less than 5 minutes to get into place. Alpine movers moving the same piece of furniture took over 30 minutes to get into the room (same layout in both apartments). The Alpine Mover had the piece of furniture turned sideways, backed into another room, sliding across floor and couldn't figure out how it get it in the room. The piece of custom painted furniture sustained damage on bun feet and bent hinges so the doors do not close properly. Today after several phone call in which Alpine said they couldn't help me I asked that their insurance adjuster come out and look at the damage. Alec said okay. I'll believe it when I see it. Their "Crew" consisted of one full time employee and one temp hire. They did not use enough blankets; stacked things precariously; bumped into door frames; scraped down the hallway coming in. The people I talked to on the phone were extremely rude and crude (except Sam who only made empty promises). So the saga continues, ; will an adjuster come out; will I ever get a call back?..... DON'T USE ALPINE MOVING AT ANY COST!
