How is a family supposed to afford a simple drink or food item w/obnoxious gouging pricing, Santa would be very disappointed; very limited selection of colors, mostly white/gold and a few sections of different color backgrounds, very redundant; music was not perky holiday songs more low key; no fun characters walking around like elves instead carolers at the entrance; needed more snow makers; band was very good though hardly any seating; Santa Claus was completely shielded from sight which passerby's would have loved to view. From the moment you walk in and see the pricing you lose the holiday spirit because the energy is all about making a buck not providing an authentic experience - shame on you! This is more of an adult theme not so much geared toward kids which could have a better mix. Given the pricing I'd spend my money elsewhere like Busch Gardens or Disney for a far better experience.

She had a very challenging time controlling the kids and spent most of their time just waiting for the kids to calm down. We decided not to come back as he was not learning anything and he was also feeding off the other kids misbehavior and he was becoming disruptive. I have tried to call and text Leah to let her know but she never responds. It has been very difficult to get ahold of Leah for anything regarding this class. I don't recommend this course as it's just very expensive aftercare and not being able to contact "the owner" just left me very disappointed. Don't do it, good luck getting in touch with anyone.
