I attended a glass glowing workshop at Liquid Light Glass on a Saturday morning as a part of my friends bachelorette party and it was sooo sick. Our instructor was funny, kind, helpful and very informative- the other folks that checked us in were also so kind and helpful! The class was awesome, we each made a piece we were able to take home the next day. They gave us about ~9 different options we could make including a cup, bowl, chili pepper and paper weights. You can pick whatever colors you would like and it was a super hands on experience. They made sure we had water the whole time (of course it's hot in there!). Overall, 10/10 will return.

My husband and I had a great time here. Our instructor was Cia and she was wonderful, very patient. I loved what we made, we use our glasses all the time when we have wine!! I made a bowl and wine glass, my husband made 2 drink glasses. It was so much fun, I didn't realize until I took the class how much work is involved in making glass items. We don't live in Santa Fe, but if we did, I would be there all the time making fun stuff.

Finished pieces! A bowl, a vase and a flower.

What a gem of a studio. Found this via the internets and planned a private session for my boyfriend for his birthday. We did a 5 day roadtrip and this was hands down the star of the show. Cia was incredible to work with and made us feel like true artists. And we are obsessed with our pieces. Want to go back and made more! Thanks Cia!

We took a 90 minute glass experience class and it was excellent. We were able to make some lovely pieces, and it was a lot of fun. 100% recommend!

Took the fam here to cross off a bucket list item. This place nailed it! Elodie walked my wife, my two teenage daughters and myself through the process step-by-step and when we were finished we were blown away by what we had created. It was fun and unique. The cost was reasonable and we made a lasting memory to take back home to Dallas. If ever in Santa Fe again, we will be scheduling another session.

Took my step daughter for a paper weight making class over spring break. Wow, we had so much fun! The staff was warm and knowledgeable. They definitely did the heavy lifting when it came to the furnace which I like. I like the fact that they explained everything and gave advice about what glass colors would work best for your projects finished result. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Santa Fe.

All I can say is, WOW... My husband has had this fascination with learning how to do basic glass blowing,so I found out about this place to just look around. I had gotten him a glass in our hometown as a gift which he was about to get. As for the studio and gallery it is one of SF'S best hidden treasures with hungry and talented artists of the craft. The staff/artists have us a tour/behind the scenes of how it all works. Simply AMAZING from the art itself to the staff who are eager to teach the community of their passion for the craft. A MUST see while in town and they even offer classes.

Liquid light glass is a must see, must do for anyone in Santa Fe visiting or if you live here. Elodie, the owner was very attentive, pantient, and an excellent teacher who took the time to explain all of the steps. My husband and I took a class with her for our anniversary and it was such an amazing experience that next time we come back we will do it again. Her show room has amazing pieces of art. Even if you don't plan on taking a class go by and visit, you won't be disappointed.

Small shop filled with beautiful and unique glass art. You can walk into the area where they create the art and watch as well. They have a mix of small affordable pieces along with larger higher priced items. The owner greeted us and was very pleasant as well.

This is a smorgasbord of art galleries. At least 20 if not more. Very walkable and a restaurant…read morepositioned right in the middle if you need to stop and wet your whistle. I will say the galleries are colorful and full of beautiful art. But almost all the galleries were southwestern art. Think lots of flowers, desert scapes, animals and animal bones, some other forms of contemporary realism. Some jewelry shops. All free to enter of course. Great outing for most people, just not really my style.

I had heard of this area for years, but hadn't gone to Santa Fe to explore it. Well, now I've had…read morethe opportunity and only wish I'd have done it sooner. As an artist, art walks and art districts are my life. It's not only research; it's also a source of regular inspiration. Canyon Road was dazzling with inspiration. The color that spilled from the galleries, the statuary that peppered the walkways, the road is a visual mapping of creativity. The galleries offer everything from antiquities to modern art, jewelry to textiles, crafts to fine art, open studio spaces to showrooms available for appointment only. There is definitely a southwest-influenced throughline along Canyon Road, but it's also got an international flair. There is a reason it's gained a reputation as a cultural art hub. If you find yourself in Santa Fe or planning a trip there, it is worth scheduling a half day or more for the experience. This "roadside attraction" is guaranteed not to disappoint. The true value in places like this is getting a taste of what it is like to be a part of the area you're visiting.
