I was not looking for a miracle on a Saturday afternoon but happy they were open to at least get the car there. He hooked up to computer and there was no communication. At this point I was ok with waiting until Monday. They pulled into shop while I was waiting for a ride. They found a blown fuse. While trying to replace it, found wires shorting out on my engine block. They replaced small section of wire. Replaced the fuse. Cleared the error. And boom. Problem solved. They just saved me $600+ for a new computer that wasn't needed. These guys could have waited until Monday but went right to work and got me out of there. They won my trust and will go back to them even if they aren't right around the corner from home.

Nobles Automotive: 9-Year, $42,000+ Relationship Ended with Hostility…read more Nobles just threw away a 9-year, $42k relationship by having a staff member aggressively tear up my work order and tell me 'don't come back' after failing to honor an appointment. I scheduled this service a week ago for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma work truck. Because I no longer live in Haddonfield full-time, I drove over an hour and stayed the night specifically to ensure the truck was there for its Thursday slot. The same person who set the appointment called me THIS MORNING to confirm the work was on schedule. I arrived at 4:45 PM only to find my truck hadn't moved. Instead of an apology for the massive logistical inconvenience and broken promise, the representative was dismissive and rude. When I stated I would be leaving a review about this poor service, he became hostile, deliberately tore up the paperwork in front of another customer, and told a decade-long client to never return. Between my personal vehicles ($17,000) and my crew's vehicles ($25,000), we have been the definition of loyal customers. To be met with this level of unprofessionalism and a total lack of accountability is a massive red flag. If they treat a $42,000 client like garbage, they will certainly do the same to you. A shop is only as good as its word and its management; unfortunately, Nobles has lost both. We are taking our fleet elsewhere.

Brian and Mark both present a professional appearance, attitude, and an expert knowledge of my Ford Focus Titanium. I had 0800 appointment. Went to Brian's service desk, where he acknowledged me and said he would be right with me. Before he was finished with another customer, Mark stepped up from a faraway station and said he would help me at his desk instead. Mark advised me on a recall issue, and Brian later sat down with me to walk through the required recall questions, prior to the fix. Brian also identified two minor maintenance issues that I was aware of, so added these items to the work scheduled this morning. The service was thorough. Brian recommended a return appointment for a clutch recall, and to replace a part of the front end bumper aerodynamic undercarriage cover that was loose. Ace has a very clean, open concept waiting area that flows into the show room. This really is like bringing a customer into your home, instead of tucking you away into a windowless, cramped waiting area. Very pleased with the customer service here. Heres my review: Positives: Located in Voorhees Twp on Somerdale Rd. Shop has been around for years and offers standard car services: oil change, brakes, transmission, tire rotation, tire change/repair. Engine flush, transmission flush, etc. For this visit, we were in bad need of front brake repair. Dropped it off early Saturday morning and went back home awaiting a call for an estimate. Estimate call came about an hour after I arrived home. It was an estimate for repairs I was pleased with and they proceeded to get to work. About 90 minutes later, brakes were repaired and paid for and I was back home all before 11 am. I liked their profrssionalism, experience, promptness, talking with the customer, and not feeling the need to over charging or driving up the pricecwith work I did not ask for upon explaining services initially. Negatives: Hours are not typical of a car service center (closes around 3 on the weekdays). However, it is not too bad as the times I have gone I have made sure to get around it by mostly reserving enough time for necessary auto service for the weekend by dropping off first thing Saturday morning. Overall, one of the best car services for repair that lives up to its reputation. Great job Voorhees Tune and Lube!!

He doesn't quote me anything and maybe an hour and 30 mins goes by he comes back with a price. It was around 200 dollars. I notice he was kinda in a hurry to leave. The store closes at 3:30pm and me and him left at the same time around 3pm. I don't know maybe I was his last client of the day. Still have the same problem rear brakes are still bad and it almost seems like no work was done. Didn't show me the new parts that he got for the car nor did he show me the bad or old parts. I got recommended to come here and I don't know there haven't been any more recent reviews since this one I guess.
