I booked a reiki session with Alicia in Fort Collins. Before I even got on the table, she had already downloaded a bunch of information from my guides about what needed attention. I was amazed by this, because I hadn't told her anything about myself or what I was seeking help with prior to the appointment. Everything she picked up on as she laid her hands on me during the appointment was spot on. After the appointment, she sent me an email with some handouts on energetic practices that I could use to help continue improving after the session, as well as a summation of some of the highlights what came out of the session. Immediately afterwards, I felt relaxed. It was a moving experience. It has been a week now, and it's pretty incredible the change that has already occurred in my mindset. I've been using a meditation that she did in the session, and I've gotten so much clarity. I've identified an underlying thought pattern that has been running since childhood and not serving me. It feels like this is a beginning of a major shift for me. I am so thankful that Alicia has been so generous with her time and her gift. Also, she wore a mask, face shield, and had hand sanitizer and cleaned the table. I felt like she was taking the appropriate Covid precautions.

She helped me with my health and gave me some tips on how to "ground" my body considering I am all over the place all the time. Also she assisted in my journey with my physical health that has been suffering for a year now. Came to realize some foods did not match up with my body, and I actually favored some other food groups. What a change! I lost 5 pounds in a short amount of time and feel amazing today. Alicia is also helping me shield from negative energy which has been the culprit of my suffering for a long time. I've seen many healers psychics and bullsh*tters. Alicia is a gem. I highly recommend her.

One of the first things that I noticed about Lana was her gently penetrating sense of presence. I…read morereally got that she was seeing all parts of me. She listened very deeply and was able to work with all of the information that I conveyed to her, no matter how strange it was. Lana worked with me right where I was at. I've received a lot of energetic healing treatments in the past 10 years. One of the benchmarks of good work is whenever I receive energy work or body work is if it puts me to sleep. Lana knocked me out within minutes of beginning. I found myself in an interestingly deep dream state. Becoming conscious in moments and in a dreamscape in others. At one point I felt her working on my head, and without touching me I felt the distinct feeling of heat lamps on top of my head. When I began to wake, Lana was there smiling at me. We were both in a bit of a dream/trance state at the end of the session, but she was able to tell me an incredibly vision of what she'd seen while working on me. What she told me was so personally accurate and true to my journey it really lit me up. One very interesting piece is that she conveyed that she was working with a Lion spirit guide that was working with me. Over the next week, almost every day I found myself in front of some giant effigy of a lion, from giant ads, to statues, to toys... Lion images popping up everywhere... something that has confirmed for me what she reported to me. On a physiological experience, I noticed that after days of being on my phone, my fingertips were feeling incredibly sensitive and agitated from touching the phone screen so much. In that hour with her, that feeling was completely gone and has remained gone for a week. I have also become aware of what was happening to my fingertips, and am taking measures to avoid touching the screen as much. I recommend Lana for any type of body healing that you might need, but also for any work around spiritual awakening and balancing your energy field. Veyr powerful work, this stuff is advanced.

It's been a little while, though, and I was in need, in crisis mode and I reached out to the Reiki community and Lana reached back I am so thankful to Lana for the powerful and effective Reiki treatment I received from her. Having recently been in a car accident, I suffered nerve-related injuries to my shoulder. I came to her frustrated and in considerable pain. She instantly made me comfortable in her beautiful treatment space. The luxury of receiving a hands-on session from someone who is so clearly a gifted healer was like a late birthday present from the Reiki faeries! The session was electric. I could feel my nerves popping throughout my body (in a good way). I quickly slipped into a half-dream state and could feel my frustrations floating away. As Eric mentioned, the ability to drift off is a sign of a good session The treatment was generous and I at no point felt rushed. I was in the capable hands of a master! At the end of the treatment, Lana asked if she could apply essential oils that her intuition had suggested. Of course I accepted! After I left, I felt rejuvenated, happy with a pleasantly numb sensation in my shoulder like I had been given a shot of Motrin. I plan on scheduling many more sessions with her in the future! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for treatment.

Waiting for a serious surgery I was looking for a community that could inspire me to hold faith for a better life. Kate welcomed me into the community with open arms and gave me the option of trading services for classes because I was unable to work and had little income at the time. Watching what others were able to achieve gave me the strength and support I needed to mentally and physically make it through a very trying time until I was able to have the surgery I'd been waiting for. Kate Laviolette is one of the most greediest peopoe I've ever met. Also, she never paid me for what…read moremy small fox painting had sold for. She held onto it for me because I didn't have anywhere to put it since I was sleeping out of my car at the time. She said someone bought it, but she never paid me for it, so who knows what happened. A few years ago, I would regularly go to classes and it was enjoyable. There were a couple experiences where it gave me a uncomfortable feeling about her. We did a hiking session together. Nobody showed up but me, so she and I went. I thought it was nice, but noticed that when she wanted to take a picture with me, it was just for her socials so her image would look good. Then not too long after that, there was a art event at the studio which I paid and went to. I figured it was just an art show but there was more to it. At the time, I struggled a lot more when it came to crowds. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone, have fun, and to see what it was all about. I brought my sketch book to draw and I also joined in the audience to watch the aerial show (I think it was) even though I thought it was an art show. I got intense anxiety and overwhelm (probably from the energy from being in a crowd or certain people), so I left and cried in the car. I had texted Kate and told her what happened, but she didn't care. Kept my money too. Was only there for 15 or 20 minutes. So overall, these experiences showed me how greedy and fake she was. I start going back in November because I'm getting back into shape and I wanted to try the aerial classes again, but I can't afford very much, so I go with the 5 class plan for $59. My mom is the one that even helped me and I told her that. I completed the classes (except for one which I was not feeling that day, but I already showed up, so no sense in trying to get another class). I was not planning on going again (a couple of people including an instructor found that out by asking me questions) because I wanted to continue at a gym since my main focus ended up being working out/exercising. The gym is what is beneficial for me. I felt aerial yoga wasn't. Besides this reason, I didn't feel fully welcome and the instructors were not patient (my coordination is poor) except for one, but I forgot her name, I'm sorry. I came to find this past Tuesday night that my account was charged by the studio and my account was at 97 cents. I texted Kate personally. You can see the whole conversation plus more in the screenshot photos for yourselves. Which includes her trying to offer a partial refund through Venmo which is outside of her business. If she can offer that, then she could've just given me my refund. Acted fake by throwing in "we've enjoyed having you here" to again be careful as a business owner and her reputation. I emailed her because I kept checking my account on the studio website, since it kept saying my plan wasn't canceled yet and it had already been a whole day. So I told her to close my account and to refund me, or I'm going to report her and THEN she finally decided to cancel it. She also told me she would refund my original payment, but she only did a partial refund of $38 out of $59. She lied and is clearly greedy. Making it into a whole complex mess, when it couldve just been played out smoothly. She blocked me after I told her to not respond back to my text or she did after my email, I'm not sure, but I'll be spreading all this information around everywhere. I made a post about it on my Facebook and someone mentioned that they've heard of this situation happening a lot at this studio and what happened to one of their clients, so that didn't surprise me.

She does a combo of ears, hands, and feet, and is attentive to needs to vary pressure. However, the biggest turn off during my appointment was the blatant anti-masker behavior that did not seem to stop. As soon as I got on the table I was told to throw my mask across the room if I wanted as she did not believe in masks and wears hers below her nose as an act of rebellion. I didn't want to argue with her in the middle of the service, so kept my mask on while she went on and on throughout the service about how she doesn't wear a mask, thinks it's a conspiracy, and that the government should not be able to tell people who to have in their homes. She also went on about how the flu is worse than COVID, numbers for COVID are a lie, masks are a hoax. Terribly misinformed and ignorant, and this went on in varying degrees throughout the treatment. I would've been fine with quiet! On top of being unprofessional, it is also blatantly against state and local public health guidelines. Alternative medicine does not have to mean ignoring science. Additionally, she seemed to also spend a lot of time trying to sell her personal acupuncture business and other specials at this location, and gave lots of unsolicited advice for ways to treat various problems she found. While the reflexology was wonderful physically, I cannot imagine returning to such an unpleasant experience. I came to relax, not hear about your ridiculous conspiracy theories for an hour!
