I was there for a job interview and Julianne and her staff were very rude when I was speaking of my old DON and how she passed away so the one nurse that was talking to me. She had the same name and the other nurse kept saying don't walk over the threshold or you're gonna die and they start laughing. I don't think that's funny. She will raise her voice and get pretty barbaric over questions (she's a know it all that answers phone for a living). Everything done by this company goes wrong on some level, even a simple task like refilling medications for my mother was a huge ordeal (I was actually on the phone for 45mins with Christina just to refill a lasik medication). However, the care is subpar in some aspects. Poor "J" hasn't had a phone in days and my friend is getting the run around in regards to it. . . Not acceptable!!! They don't just plop her in a chair and pretend to be helping her. They the physical therapist coming for real. They have a great team to how to get her back home to us. She absolutely loves it there. They are patient with me as well. I know I can be a bulldog when it comes to my mom. But I have not had to be that way. I have never had such a wonderful experience in rehabilitation facilities till now. I highly recommend this lovely place. The only con is the parking. But as for care it is top notch.

They don't clean shit!! The laundry staff drinks on the job & smells like alcohol!!! The seniors rarely get there clothes back once they are TAKEN TO BE WASHED! Wash their clothes for them please!!!! My Grandfather died here!!! I also worked here after to see the care they give & there is NO CARE besides the receptionist & maintenance they are nice (Dawn & Russ) I don't know how that place is still open!!! Poor care & poor quality workers!!!! Ask any of the seniors there they will say the same thing!!! PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!
