It's okay if you live close. I hope I won't need to come again, but I'd recommend it. It's clean,…read moreand I got the job done. There are two staff members and they seem very busy, but they came to help me. I looked new and was reading a lot of signs. Not bad at all. Based on the reviews I was dreading it, and it's okay - all the basics are here. Plus I liked the family vibe here.

This laundromat used to be one of the best ones in the Heights, but lately there seems to be a new…read moreissue every time I come in. The dryers aren't heating properly, and some of the washing machines don't get water until the cycle is damn near over. You end up having to add extra detergent and water from the sink just to get proper suds. When I brought these issues to the attendant's attention, instead of simply acknowledging the problem, I was met with an attitude and told that they "aren't mechanics" and that the water valve is slow. I never said you were a mechanic. I was informing you of an issue so that management could be made aware and, at the very least, a sign could be posted to let customers know there's a problem with certain machines. There's absolutely no reason to be rude to someone who is simply trying to make you aware of an issue. Customer service still matters. And then there are two giant signs that say NO PARKING, yet people are still allowed to park there. This makes it extremely difficult to bring your laundry through the front door, especially when you're carrying multiple bags or trying to load and unload your clothes. It also makes it difficult to access the designated parking area. This place really needs some attention. I hate to see a laundromat that used to be one of the best in the Heights go downhill because of poorly maintained equipment, confusing parking, and poor customer service. Hopefully management takes these concerns seriously and gets things fixed.

Run! If you have a special occasion and are seeking to get alterations - please avoid this place…read more We attempted to have alterations on our daughter's prom dress. Scheduled pick up was a day before prom. Our daughter tried on the dress and no alterations were done to this dress!!!! Due to lack of time in finding someone to fix her dress - we had to sew her into it! Our daughter was mortified and was extremely overwhelmed. Called and left a message, no call back. After Prom, we took the dress back and the store owner stated that the tailoring did not even happen onsite and the tailor under estimated taking in the dress. I am due to receive a refund; however, this does not negate the poor craftsmanship and lack of reliability. Please avoid. We are extremely disappointed in this establishment.

This was my first time using this cleaners and I'm a VERY disappointed. Me and my mother dropped…read morefour items off and was quoted 61 dollars for everything. we came to pick up our items up and the price jumped to 71 dollars because of a mistake on their part. We left a number no one thought to call us and explain to us of our new total. Then when we expressed our confusion instead of trying to right this wrong they continued to yell and call us thieves and say we were trying to get something for free......completely ridiculous and I will never be doing business with them again! And I suggest anyone who doesn't want to be racially profiled or humiliated for their incompetence do the same.

WOW! OK, moving on, now I'm going to add in i needed these items just shy of the day they had given me. So 2wks passed i proceeded to this cleaners to retrieve my items and guess what there NOT ready . The owner tried to explain "we sent it out-i don't know what happened" and then she made a phone call and said "it will be here tomorrow" now I'm not feeling this one bit because tomorrow is when i needed the items, so i have to wait, now they have my monies&my items, I'm furious, this is why i don't like paying up front. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to call the next day to find out if its there without just driving up but there was NO ANSWER, and i wait, then i tried again NO ANSWER, then i drove up to this place to be told "its on its way" and it would be "40 more minutes", i complained, boy did i complain to be told "if its not here in 40min i would get 10% back", REALLY. It's the principal not the monies, it's the quality of service not the price tag, its the time consumed not what you can do for me after you have wronged me. Now I'm sitting outside waiting on my items. I would not recommend this spot nor will i do business with this establishment again. This place is ridiculous. Ok, Ok, now (update) while i was sitting in my car the owner came out and placed my clothes in my car and gave me $8 back lmbo. I gave you $80 and my item is over 24hrs late, with an extra trip included. So with that said i will raise my star from a 1 to a 2 for that fact alone. But you be the judge from what you read and make your decision to do business here.
