Our family rented their property on Lake Hartwell in Martin, GA for a short weekend stay. We would definitely recommend this rental and hope to come back again. We were able to communicate easily with the Linton Realty via the Airbnb app so any questions we had were answered quickly. We received messages about checkin/out through the app, text and via email which made contact easy and they responded quickly. My sister and I have high standards when we rent vacation homes, and prefer to stay in places we feel are most like our own homes. We expect to stay in well kept, clean, and nicely decorated homes. I'd say most often our complaints about past rentals have been in the cleanliness department, but this home was immaculate. No complaints! It was properly cleaned for sure. This fully renovated property is just beautiful. The house is located at the end of a private road on a peninsula lot with lake views from almost every window of the house. The yard is beautifully landscaped, has parking for at least three cars and lovely outdoor spaces, such as a paved fire pit area, a putting green, and a hot tub. A short walk down the hill leads to the boat dock. Inside the home they have thought of every detail. From the big windows, flooring, decor, bedding, and furniture to how well the kitchen is equipped. They have plenty of cookware, utensils, storage containers for leftovers and even small appliances like an instant pot. If we'd stayed longer, we would have used the two washer-dryer sets. The home is big, but still very cozy and homey feeling. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, equipped with soaps, shampoos and hairdryers. We also appreciated they had cleaning supplies in the cabinets for any spills or touch-up cleaning. The beds were comfortable and had nice, pretty bedding. We had a great experience with Linton Realty and would recommend them and their rental home with the highest rating possible. read more

Linda was very helpful and responsive. We rented a lake house in Hartwell absolutely a hidden gem. Perfect Family Getaway! ​This lake house is the perfect blend of secluded peace and convenience. It feels completely "out of town," yet you're only 8 minutes away from everything you need. ​We loved the calm water and kayaks, and the kids were absolutely amazed by the glowing, shimmering sand! The cabin itself is amazingly updated, spotlessly clean, and fully stocked. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and our absolute favorite spot was the screened-in porch--the hanging bed and TV made for the best quiet movie nights. ​A few quick tips for future guests: ​Food: Ingles grocery is just up the road for great prices, and New York Pizza nearby is genuinely the best pizza we've ever had! ​Packing Note: If you have kids or anyone under 90 lbs, you will need to bring your own life vests. read more

We stayed at their location 449 skyline way in lavonia ga. The price was greay for a week stay and it was a very cozy place to stay that was perfect for children with the fenced in yard, peaceful neighborhood and the place had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. Host was very responsive and even brought us extra items we needed! we recommend this place for babies and fur babies! we have a son with autism that elopes and we felt very safe in the house and yard with him and he had lots of fun. Such a perfect place for my family over the 4th of July holiday. The house was spacious and has 2 living rooms which makes it easy when the group wants to split up. Plenty of provided board games and outdoor activities kept us entertained the whole week! The house was extremely clean and all essentials were provided for our stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Plenty of water available at the dock which was awesome to have as the lake has been down. 1st of all the cabin was wonderful! It rained the 1st 4 days and it was perfectly fine. The house was so great we didn't even care about leaving. The realtor was great. I'm scared of gas and the young man made the trip to the house to start the fireplace. The cabin is deep in the forest with deer roaming the back yard. We all hated that vacation was over. The cabin was gorgeous and spacious, but not too far from town. It provided me a peace that my soul hasn't felt in a long time. Also- the house is very neurodivergent friendly as far as security. There are many different locks on all doors and at different heights. I had no fears about my son eloping at night. Not that he would try, he cried every second we packed up and didn't stop until the property was behind us. No one wanted to come home. read more

My party stayed at The Willow Lakefront Retreat and it offered cozy, cabin feels while still being very spacious and clean. Huge stone fireplace and beautiful raw wood mantle. We had a large family gathering of 8 to celebrate our daughter getting her white coat. The house was big enough to easily accommodate all of us. It was beautiful, sitting right on the lake with an easy walk down to a private dock. We enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch area. My brother and my family stayed at your beatiful lake house for our spring break. The house was amazing had enough entertainment with the ping pong, pool table, kayaks, and hot tube. We also took our mountain bike to the park 7 mile trail that was 10 minutes away. We vacation all over the US but this is now our favorite place. read more
