Our family rented their property on Lake Hartwell in Martin, GA for a short weekend stay. We would definitely recommend this rental and hope to come back again. We were able to communicate easily with the Linton Realty via the Airbnb app so any questions we had were answered quickly. We received messages about checkin/out through the app, text and via email which made contact easy and they responded quickly. My sister and I have high standards when we rent vacation homes, and prefer to stay in places we feel are most like our own homes. We expect to stay in well kept, clean, and nicely decorated homes. I'd say most often our complaints about past rentals have been in the cleanliness department, but this home was immaculate. No complaints! It was properly cleaned for sure. This fully renovated property is just beautiful. The house is located at the end of a private road on a peninsula lot with lake views from almost every window of the house. The yard is beautifully landscaped, has parking for at least three cars and lovely outdoor spaces, such as a paved fire pit area, a putting green, and a hot tub. A short walk down the hill leads to the boat dock. Inside the home they have thought of every detail. From the big windows, flooring, decor, bedding, and furniture to how well the kitchen is equipped. They have plenty of cookware, utensils, storage containers for leftovers and even small appliances like an instant pot. If we'd stayed longer, we would have used the two washer-dryer sets. The home is big, but still very cozy and homey feeling. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, equipped with soaps, shampoos and hairdryers. We also appreciated they had cleaning supplies in the cabinets for any spills or touch-up cleaning. The beds were comfortable and had nice, pretty bedding. We had a great experience with Linton Realty and would recommend them and their rental home with the highest rating possible. read more

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin in Lavonia on Lake Hartwell! The home was beautiful inside, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with a cozy, welcoming vibe. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts was that it's dog friendly, which made the trip even better since we could bring our pup along. 1st of all the cabin was wonderful! It rained the 1st 4 days and it was perfectly fine. The house was so great we didn't even care about leaving. The realtor was great. I'm scared of gas and the young man made the trip to the house to start the fireplace. The cabin is deep in the forest with deer roaming the back yard. We all hated that vacation was over. The cabin was gorgeous and spacious, but not too far from town. It provided me a peace that my soul hasn't felt in a long time. Also- the house is very neurodivergent friendly as far as security. There are many different locks on all doors and at different heights. I had no fears about my son eloping at night. Not that he would try, he cried every second we packed up and didn't stop until the property was behind us. No one wanted to come home. read more

My brother and my family stayed at your beatiful lake house for our spring break. The house was amazing had enough entertainment with the ping pong, pool table, kayaks, and hot tube. We also took our mountain bike to the park 7 mile trail that was 10 minutes away. We vacation all over the US but this is now our favorite place. read more

Amazing house accommodated 15 of us perfectly including 4 children and an elderly lady . House is clean and enough space for everyone too have their own privacy ! This property is gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. It has everything you need in the house from a high chair to serving dishes to an air fryer. There is plenty of activities to do right on the property. It's an outdoorsman paradise! We planned a couples trip but it is family friendly. read more

We loved our stay at this cabin. It was extremely clean and was fully stocked for our family of 11 guests. The casita was perfect, looked like it was brand new. We had an issue with fruit flies or gnats coming from the sink. They were quick to respond with agents to address the issue. read more

We stayed at the Cardinal Rose House over MLK weekend with friends. The house is spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked. The kids enjoyed the pool table. The view of the lake was beautiful and the surrounding were peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. read more
