DO NOT MOVE HERE! Read the reviews…read more Lets start with the pool. The pool is never open and never clean. My 2 year old son broke out in hives after spending the day at the pool. The apartment is cheaply made. The tub is made out of plastic and is the hardest thing to clean. The appliances are cheap and just look nice. The gate NEVER works. It's either left open or I would have to walk and open it for guest. You have to pay to print anything in the common area. The mail room has all the packages all over the floor and people will just take your packages. Beware of there sneaky ways. They will send the renewal lease less than 60 days before your lease ends, which means you will need to know you are moving before you even know how much your rent is going up. MY RENT went up $250 my first year. MY second year it went up another $150. My rent started at $1100, when i moved in in 2021. You do the math by December 2023. I had enough of the rent increase and decided to move. The day of move out I asked for a walk through. They did not want to give me a walk through. There was only one girl in the office. The last thing I was told was I would receive my security deposit and it would be sent to my forwarding address. Over 30 days later, I receive a phone call from the assistant manager saying they will be sending me to collections TODAY and this was my courtesy call. I never received a email or letter about any extra fees. I was told they sent a email and I should have checked the portal. Why would i check the portal and why wouldn't you send a letter? They charged a $150 dollar cleaning fee and $50 garbage removal. I paid valet garbage pickup every month, so I didn't understand that fee. The apartment needed to be clean regardless for the following guest. They claimed the stove and tub was dirty. I have videos that show otherwise. In conclusion, I never received a email, a letter, or phone call prior to being told I will be put into collections today. I was never was late on rent and didn't understand how this was a courtesy call. Requested an extension because of the miscommunication on there end. The manager came on the phone and rudely said NO, because she sent a email and that's all they have to do. My FIRST apartment and being sent to collections for something I didn't know anything about. Like I said DONT MOVE HERE. It's a diamond in the rough.
