We spent about five months looking at properties within my price range, and Weston did an incredible job curating options, not just within my budget, but also slightly outside of it, to give me a well-rounded understanding of the market in Flagstaff. That extra perspective made a huge difference in helping me feel confident in my decisions. In a year that has been punctuated by stays in long-term rentals, I'm used to the typical "send 10…read moreemails with a question and get 0 responses then resort to cold calling." I sent a question about long-term rentals to a bunch of places in Flagstaff. After living in Flagstaff for over 50 years, I was in the market for a realtor team who could see the unique qualities of a home my mother lived in for 40 years. Sylvie and Kevin were recommended to me by a close friend who had used them for two successful real estate experiences. They were eager to take on the challenge and help me tackle this from 140 miles away. In my initial interview with them, they asked all the right questions to gain a feel for the personality of the home and its neighborhood. They also visited the home a number of times to make sure it was prepared for showing. Knowing the desirability of the area, they devised a plan for selling the home that made it appealing to the more than 50 people who toured the home the initial weekend it was on MLS. They were able to deftly handle the multiple offers for the home and make sure the details of the contract were adhered to. The home closed approximately four weeks after it went on the market. I would, without reservation, recommend Sylvie, Kevin, and this office for helping you with your real estate needs.
