The whole process was remarkably pleasant and easy, and he was there to help at every step of the way, keeping me informed about the process of setting an asking price (difficult because there really were no comparable properties) and letting me have as much control over the process as I needed, but also taking the lead in those areas where I knew I needed a lot of help. Adam was personable, respectful, and easy to reach throughout, and it doesn't hurt my opinion any that we wound up getting 22% over asking.

Although we were living across the country and never had the opportunity to meet Adam in person, he handled everything with professionalism and great care. He priced the property appropriately, and it sold after the second showing. He kept us informed every step of the way. He also went the extra mile in keeping in close contact with the tenants that were living on the property. Because we were out of state at the time of the sell, he arranged all of the repairs for us. He always gave us options, offered expert advice, and listened to our thoughts. Without hesitation, I would recommend Adam Benton for all of your real estate needs!

In a year that has been punctuated by stays in long-term rentals, I'm used to the typical "send 10…read moreemails with a question and get 0 responses then resort to cold calling." I sent a question about long-term rentals to a bunch of places in Flagstaff. Realty Executives of Flagstaff responded within 20 minutes with more information including an info sheet and a specific referral. Two hours after that I had called the referral and located a long-term rental that will save me thousands of dollars compared to an Airbnb listing. Responding to emails goes such a long way and I just wanted to write this review to let the team here know how much I appreciate the help. Nobody else responded.

My experience with Wayne McCormick, Terri Clark and April Knapp is nothing short of amazing! Wayne and Terri have helped me sell a property and purchase our dream home. The skill that they have shown is impeccable. Wayne not only listened to what we wanted but through his astounding insight he knew what questions we would ask in the future and anticipate just exactly what we would need. Terri was very quick to respond to our texts and calls and returned quickly with any information we asked. I worked will April Knapp as my property manager of my rental and she helped sell that property without any complications. What a wonderful experience. She was on top of every problem and corrected the situation before I even had to be involved. What a magnificent characteristic. I'm away from Flagstaff a lot and to have her taking care of all the things that come up on a regular basis is so spectacular! I not only recommend these fine people but I look forward to working with them again. How many times after you got done with a situation did you think, "I would never want that again?" In their case, I can't wait to work with them again.

I rented a furnished "luxury" 3bd condo through Tim Allen at West USA Realty. I got the impression…read morethat Tim is a nice and reasonable guy whenever I was able to get in touch with him (we even got a small rent credit for all the trouble), but the communication was consistently godawful. Text, email, phone, work orders; literally every time I had to contact this company (from begging for the lease contract to getting clarity on the security deposit) I needed to follow up at least once to move things forward. I originally wrote this review to detail each point of communication (like 8-10 distinct threads) and how it was a consistent cycle of unnecessary stress followed by empty apologies. I've already shared most of that feedback privately and don't want to push the character limit on this review. Most memorable for me was that, despite asking several times during the two weeks leading up to move-in, I wasn't provided with the lockbox code, wifi info, or much of anything at all. I finally got this info around 10 AM *on move-in day* after speaking to Jacquie Kellogg, who was terse and asked me "Do you have Tim's number?" before telling me she'd call me back. Tim sent me the info. Jacquie never offered any apology. $4500 per month--that is fruit basket on the doorstep territory when the realtor commits a move-in gaffe such as this. Another calamity was when the fridge broke. The handyman came and he just had to mention that he used to work with Tim years ago but that he stopped because his invoices would mysteriously go unanswered for months. I felt like I was in one of those Goosebumps books where they find out who the villain is in the most cliche way possible. I came out to Flagstaff intending to buy a vacation home, pre-approval letter in hand. Based on my experience as a renter, I became cynical about the prospect of working with a property manager. I thought paying a premium would guarantee me a certain standard of service but I truly believe that working at West USA is viewed as a clock-in/clock-out job where it's totally fine if emails from June are getting answered in August. My eyes water when I have to admit how much I paid to join the backlog.
