There is absolutely ZERO maintenance that is done to keep this…read moreplace in good working order, it is infested, and the Management & Owners treat the PAYING RESIDENT'S like complete and utter scum. I wish I could leave less than ONE STAR because this is the WORST place I have ever seen in my entire life. This entire complex should be shut down immediately and the Department of Health and Human Services should leverage massive fines and penalties against the management and owners. The residents who live here are elderly and disabled, and are left to fend for themselves! Having a family member, friend, and personally treated this way, is absolutely inexcusable! No one should ever have to live like this, let alone pay money! It is very evident that the lady who is the property manager completely gave up on this property and it's wonderful residents a long time ago! The regular lights are not working (one of the MANY THINGS NOT WORKING) possibly because of the storms that came through, but the EMERGENCY LIGHTS have NEVER WORKED! Sadly, what you see in this photo is considered "clean" and "livable" according to Management and the Property Owner's. DO NOT EVER LET ANYONE LIVE HERE! IF I HAD A WORST ENEMY, I WOULD EVEN BEG THEM NOT TO LIVE HERE, IT'S THAT BAD! I would bet money that the second management or the owners see this review and The photos I posted that they'll either try to get the post taken down, send me a nasty threatening message, or write a feedback reply with some LIE OR EXCUSE as to why it is in shambles or why I am wrong/shouldn't be writing this post. They ALWAYS have an excuse for everything, mark my words! *If you read this, I am begging and pleading with you to report them to the State of Iowa, the Police, Department of Health & Human Services, and any other government organizations and/or media outlets that will listen! This is clearly ELDER ABUSE & the ABUSE OF DISABLED ADULTS!! ***TO MANAGEMENT: if you are reading this, I am the wrong person to mess with! You should change your ways immediately, or I promise it will legally catch up with each and every single one of you!
