Brian is a great employee of mine, and we were doing a test run in preparation for him joining our BNI meeting Thursday morning. Brian was having trouble on his end getting going on Zoom. It was 8:30 PM our time. It had been a long day and we were tired. Brian had never used a virtual team meeting app before. Needless to say, we needed help. After struggling for about 30 minutes, I called Ditec. Callum answered the call and carefully walked Brian through downloading the app without seeing Brians screen. He was able to get Brian up to speed in short order. For us less tech savvy folk, this kind of help is invaluable. As of this morning, Brian was able to get into our BNI meeting without further issue or assistance! Brian is excited to now be able to use virtual meetings now, not just while working for Ruiz Painting and Repair, but also because he can now virtually meet with his social network! Thanks So Much!

I had thought I was purchasing a full built ecommerce store a simple copy from my volusion store but with a more modern look that I am unable to do. What had happened is they wanted an outrageous monthly bill when websites like fiverr and upwork do it for fractions of the cost and the work that was done was extremely slow. Either way my website does not work, it is unable to update the theme so I have a broken website. The help section on the site right now slams you with privacy errors so people are afraid to click the help buttons. Overall Luis edited photos for me and gave me a broken website, with volusion on the site I built myself I at least had a working help section. I am worried that with the theme not taking updates that my website will not work with a new wordpress update so at any moment my site could cease to show up. (display error 404) I am now having to scramble and get other wordpress designers to fix the errors which should have been addressed at turnover. Overall I would not recommend wonkasoft and will keep this review until I have a working site.

I engaged Benjamin to look at my website after struggling with offshore contractors for nearly two years. Unfortunately this turned into one of those "biting off too much at once". He has a wealth of experience, formalizes and frames conversations well, and helps present different options in a meaningful way as a partner. His team built the whole thing for us in months, not years like the next closest bid promised. The content is incredible. Yes we paid a lot of money for our websites, but we have already turned real ROI on just the value of the unique content for our branded products and items which are not produced by us. The jump in wholesale volume we think, can only be attributed to the larger web presence for those competitive products. This company is a legitimate management consultant and business consultant. We hired them to do a web development project and some branding and general marketing, what we got was enterprise level business building like what you'd get at a Price Waterhouse Coopers or a Booz Allen Hamilton or a McKinsey and Co. We have no hesitation saying these things. We paid a tenth of what we would have for like service from one of the big Five consultancies. Here's the important part though: we didn't pay for consulting. We just got it as part of the deal. Literally this company has changed how we do business and made us more profitable by looking at our business through a different lens. The cost of our website was competitive with other offerings from larger companies and we feel we got a bargain now.
