Brian is a great employee of mine, and we were doing a test run in preparation for him joining our BNI meeting Thursday morning. Brian was having trouble on his end getting going on Zoom. It was 8:30 PM our time. It had been a long day and we were tired. Brian had never used a virtual team meeting app before. Needless to say, we needed help. After struggling for about 30 minutes, I called Ditec. Callum answered the call and carefully walked Brian through downloading the app without seeing Brians screen. He was able to get Brian up to speed in short order. For us less tech savvy folk, this kind of help is invaluable. As of this morning, Brian was able to get into our BNI meeting without further issue or assistance! Brian is excited to now be able to use virtual meetings now, not just while working for Ruiz Painting and Repair, but also because he can now virtually meet with his social network! Thanks So Much!

Our nonprofit worked hard to earn the amount of money to purchase a much needed cargo van. The last…read morething we wanted to do was just let anyone create and wrap this van. We had so many people recommend UpDog and since the start, we were truly impressed by the passion and professionalism UpDog provided. It started by understanding our brand and requesting our brand requirements. From this point, we had an incredible UpDog designer work with us to create our positioning statement for our cargo van. They covered every detail down to our icons ghosted into our wrap. Once every aspect was approved and signed off on, the real magic began with wrapping our cargo van. Wow, we have been blessed to find such an incredible and talented team at UpDog!!

If you want to grow your practice, you need to call ACU Web. The team is great, and they'll help…read moreyou get to the next level. I recommend ACU because they not only help us generate leads, but they also assist us in converting those leads into patients. Our staff struggled to keep track of where patients were coming from, and ACU's team helped us understand the results we were getting for the money we were spending. They care about more than just generating leads; they care about getting appointments and ensuring a good return on investment. They take the time to understand our practice's needs and dedicate enough time to our marketing efforts. They're always available and constantly stay updated with the latest trends and Google algorithms. I've recommended ACU to many of my friends because I believe they teach the importance of marketing and not just advertising. They help us understand the market and culture of our specific area, which is crucial for effective marketing. They've been our partners for several years, and I can confidently say that they're a valuable asset to any business looking to grow.

I had thought I was purchasing a full built ecommerce store a simple copy from my volusion store but with a more modern look that I am unable to do. What had happened is they wanted an outrageous monthly bill when websites like fiverr and upwork do it for fractions of the cost and the work that was done was extremely slow. Either way my website does not work, it is unable to update the theme so I have a broken website. The help section on the site right now slams you with privacy errors so people are afraid to click the help buttons. Overall Luis edited photos for me and gave me a broken website, with volusion on the site I built myself I at least had a working help section. I am worried that with the theme not taking updates that my website will not work with a new wordpress update so at any moment my site could cease to show up. (display error 404) I am now having to scramble and get other wordpress designers to fix the errors which should have been addressed at turnover. Overall I would not recommend wonkasoft and will keep this review until I have a working site.
