The service was extremely slow, especially for there only being 11 customers in the building. As far as the quality of food. It was delicious. That is until I found mold on the bun to my pork tenderloin sandwich. I told the waiter and all he did was replace the top portion of my bun and the condiments that was placed in my pork tenderloin. I would imagine that the mold formed on the bun due to the long wait time it took for our service. The waiter didn't offer is a discount for the poor food, however, he did give us an apology, so they get 2 stars.

Not many know this, but this place has some really impressive dinner specials. The Jacksonville…read morearea really lacks in fine dinning, but Northridge Hills has really shown they care to change that! I stopped in for an early dinner to only find this place absolutely packed (there was an event at the golf course that day). I had the prime rib special, and washed it down with a Hands of Fate cream ale. The food was excellent, but our waitress clearly didn't mind making numerous trips back and forth from our table due to her inability to actually listen to us (walking away from us mid request): She didn't know what beers were on tap (and couldn't provide a beer menu. "Sir I don't know who it's by, but it is a cream ale if that helps" ). Well at that price, I'd like to know before I buy. So food is decent, but service didn't match the quality of food served. I truly believe if their servers professionalism matched their menu, we would be seeing this be a 4 star review easily. Will update upon next trip.
