After my car came out of the wash bay and Ashley and Connor wiped it over with clean towels my car looked showroom condition again. I feel dedicated customers it is up to us to always show appreciation where it is due in the form of a nice tip or go the extra mile to contact upper management and let them know how pleased we are with the services and what a fine job they are doing at this location. In particular performing above top levels of customer service. To me it is about customer service and being a lifelong repeat satisfactory customer the service I received from Ashley and Connor this morning was top notch and as I always come to expect from this dynamic duo as usual. Honestly my car looked brand NEW after Ashley and Connor finished up even lifting my trunk to wipe the excess water from running down after I leave. Wow I am impressed!!! I 100% percent appreciative everyone at this Autobell location who treats the customers as family and not looked at as another customer. The car was not thoroughly vacuumed, the windows remained dirty, and the door jambs were not cleaned. I had to clean the door jambs and vacuum the interior myself after returning home due to the poor quality of work. For $36, the service felt like a basic drive-through wash. I expected a higher level of attention to detail for the price. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this car wash.

One saving grace is that I used my debit card on one visit. But I am still out $16 for the one I paid in quarters. My biggest question comes from the fact they have a nice pretty sign of being a BBB member. I want to know who's tail end got kissed to get that pretty sign when they are clearly on the edge of actually committing theft from those who go to use a non-working product and the owner refuses to make an attempt to set things right.

The only reason I'm dropping 4 stars (instead of 5) is that I had hoped that there would also be some towels and sprays for some detailing work you may be able to do at the self-service bays. Maybe I'm expecting too much?? In any case, I did bring some Wet Ones...and that helped greatly. I also wish they had an option to pay extra for someone to vacuum-clean the interior. They have always honored us with a military 10% percent discount. The facility does a great job with cleaning the entire vehicle. With the price of the car wash, they provide you with towels for drying off your vehicle. They also have vacuum machines with 24/7 access everyday.
