You call the number for problems and they simply ignore any messages you leave. I have left at least 22 messages and not a single call back. One saving grace is that I used my debit card on one visit. After having no soap I contacted my bank and explained the situation and they cancelled the debit as a fraudulent charge when they couldn't get a response either. But I am still out $16 for the one I paid in quarters. My biggest question comes from the fact they have a nice pretty sign of being a BBB member. I want to know who's tail end got kissed to get that pretty sign when they are clearly on the edge of actually committing theft from those who go to use a non-working product and the owner refuses to make an attempt to set things right.

He explained that I would be contacted in 48 to 72 hours to explain the process. I received text message from Hayden to go to your preferred body shop to get a quote for the repair. He explained they would bill Waves directly. A day after I dropped my vehicle off for repair I received an email the day after explaining Waves would not cover the repair to fix my new vehicle. Employees of Waves are making inaccurate statements so they don't have to cover the damage their equipment caused.

They have always honored us with a military 10% percent discount. The facility does a great job with cleaning the entire vehicle. It's a little pricier than other, similar car wash spots, but I think they know they're the only game in the area (again, I still think they're totally worth it, if I can't find my favorite). At Halloween they also do a "spooky wash" / it's not for kids, but it's a lot of fun! They have free vacuums, sprays and terry towels to take care of the interior after the exterior gets a shine!
