The main reason for my visit is I had the misfortune of one of my crowns coming unglued and was broken in three pieces. That was an expensive steak I ended up with! I called to make an appointment and the receptionist told me they were backed up for like 6 months! I didn't realize there are only two dentists' offices still practicing in Greenville so they are very busy now. I asked if she could please speak to the dentist and see if there was anything she could do and the receptionist called me back and said she would get me in later that same week. I went in for the appointment and Dr. Jamie was wonderful. Great personality and really cared about my situation. They used this new to me tool that took a three-D image of my missing crown and the new one came in 3 weeks. I went in and had the new crown installed by Dr. Jamie again she was wonderful and with some minor adjustments had the new crown fitting like a glove. They also worked with my insurance that really didn't cover my crown and saved me a lot of money. This was the best experience I have ever had with a new dentist, and they have me as a lifelong client now. Thank You Dr. Jamie and Mong Family Dental!
