After doing some digging, we thankfully found Victorian Fence - they made the entire process so easy and seamless. They are true professionals and experts in their craft, and make you feel so comfortable every step of the way. With Victorian Fence, you're in the best of hands. Ask for Pete - he's the man.

The quality of the work was very poor. The double gate was not secured at the bottom so it flopped around, screws were missing and others were not screwed in all the way. The wooden gate was supposed to be self closing, it was not. The Building Dept failed my inspection because of this. Pete said he would place a new spring for $100. I agreed. After countless phone calls, emails and texts I got a runaround, THEY NEVER CAME. I ultimately fixed it myself to pass the inspection.

I would not recommend hiring Jelvin Alvarado based on my experience…read more I understood that the price was significantly lower than other quotes I received, so I expected some compromises in quality. However, I did not expect the level of workmanship and lack of professionalism that I experienced. Before any work had even begun, he contacted me asking for the second half of the payment before arriving at the job. He told me he needed the money because multiple family members were dying. Wanting to be understanding, I tried to work with him. I paid half of the total cost upfront as agreed. Then, on the day the materials were delivered, I found out the supplier had not been paid. Because the materials were already at my house, I felt pressured to pay the remaining balance so the supplier could be paid and the delivery could proceed. The job site was left a complete mess, with old materials and debris left at my home. The patio is still unfinished more than two months later, and the quality of the work that was completed has been extremely disappointing. Some of the pavers are already coming apart, which is unacceptable after such a short time. Communication has been nonexistent. My calls and messages have gone unanswered, and I have had no reliable way to get in touch to have the remaining work completed or the issues addressed. Overall, I paid for a finished patio but was left with an incomplete project, poor workmanship, and no customer support. I gave him every opportunity to make things right, but after months of waiting with no communication, I can no longer recommend his services. If you're considering hiring him, I strongly encourage you to think twice based on my experience.

The final product is even better then I imagined and I just want to say thank you to precision fence for making my yard look so beautiful!

Two days later Ronny came and agreed that the fence needed to be fixed, they left big gaps because they pitched it too high. It took weeks of attempts to get in contact with the company. One of the gate latches dented as well. Company did come and fix latch, left it scratched but did fix it.... As for the caps they replaced the missing ones and claimed they glued them down. Additionally, the job was completed 2 months ago and I still don't have a documented receipt of the work done. The company fails to communicate and send over that information which is vital for a homeowner/customer. This is exhausting having the stress of having to contact the company with no response. Makes me question the company's work ethic.
