I attended a 16 week course and paid close to 2000 eur for this. First of all, I agree with many that the teaching is bizarre, and difficult to understand, and when you do not understand, you are becoming despised. Also, is was not possible for me or my classmates to move up/down a level when we asked to.
Last day, I was informed that I passed the A1 course and received a diploma. I now need a certificate from where they certify, this to be able to enter a 3 year education in my home country. I NOW 3 years later, get the info that I've not been there more than 80% and therefore can not get this certificate saying that I'm approved for the course because of absence.
It's hard for me to believe I've been missing MORE than one day a week, for 16 weeks, so I request a protocol that shows exactly when I've been away. They then inform me that this information is only saved for 1 year??? Meaning there is no proof of my absence. Not to mention that this goes against the GDPR law.
Meaning they BASE A RATE on an absence, which they can not even prove, which means I can not go on with my life and study :) I have contacted a lawyer in this as this affects my future, and because it violates GDPR, but I do want to inform others about this.
By the way, the school has stopped responding to my mail :) For that kind of money, I at least expected some kind of respect and understanding in this. :) read more
