The bra fit perfectly and which is great because I always had trouble finding a bra that fit without gaping or puckering. Although the bra are are on the pricier side they are worth it, the construction of each bra is very high quality and they are so comfortable and as I said before fit perfect. The staff is focused on fit if the bra is not quite right they say so. No pressure to buy a lot just help to find the right bra. Also at the store they have cleaning supplies, I bought a bottle of it and it is so easy. You put a cap for into a gallon of water and let your bra soak for 10-15 mins then just hang them up to dry. NO washing machine, NO scrubbing and NO special bag (bag for delicates) needed. Love the store! Will be back for sure.

I was told items were exchange only that I should have made myself aware, the onus was on me to find out about the return policy as there are signs in the store. There was nothing in the fitting room where I spent all of my time. Paid in good faith with debit so I do not have the backing of my credit card company. My Top Drawer sells their service but I feel deceived after making a near $400. purchase. Once they have your money they intend on keeping even after only 24hours. I don't believe a disclaimer after the fact is adequate , when I wasn't wearing my reading prescription and when the selection promoted was an alternative to the correct choice.

A friend of mine, who has higher standards (and a larger chest) told me about Change. Having a larger chest, I guess, means you have to really dig for a good quality, comfortable bra. So when I lived in Burlington I checked out their location in Burlington Mall and had a great experience. I went for the second time last month when I was visiting my mom. She dragged me in there for a look. My mom can be a crabby old lady, so she was being fussy at first with the sales lady. But the sales lady gave us a very personable and professional experience. At Change, they size you and give very good advice about what bras to wear. They use European sizing, so you really can't just walk in and pick something up off the shelf (unless you become a regular, which you likely will!) So needless to say, my mom was happy when she left, and even I was tempted into my own purchase. The lady that served us, if my memory serves, was the same lady that served us the first time, and she was really great. If you too are fed up with your one-size-fits-all bras, I strongly recommend Change. They have a wide range of sizes, and professional, experienced service. It's a little pricey, but it's a good investment. They also have a loyalty program!

We were alright at that moment and said we wanted to look around. After looking over the entire store (laughing and oohing and ahhing at things as we went along), i had a idea of what i wanted. I barely looked back at the counter to get one of the girls' attention when one of them came up and asked if she could help narrow down my options lol. She asked me specific questions about what i wanted and more importantly what i was ready for haha even mentioning what was available whenever i wanted to upgrade. The girls were pretty open about what they talked about amongst themselves so don't go in there if you're the shy type or don't want to hear about what other people are doing under their sheets. They were both very sweet and funny, very informative and easy-going so you don't feel like a pervert going in there lol. I totally forget their names but I'll get them whenever I do back since I definitely plan to, even if it's just to see how they are doing lol.
