NEVER shop here. I have never been to this shop but decided to give them a try because my normal…read moretobacco shop was out of my rolling tobacco. I stopped in 4/7/26 Tuesday at around 4:30-5pm. I bought a pouch of American Spirit Turquoise rolling tobacco. I paid cash and he gave me no receipt. I immediately went home and tried to roll cigarettes with it to find out the bag is COMPLETELY dried out and unsmokable. Trust me I tried. It was bad product that had to be YEARS old sitting on the shelf unsold. This is NOT me being picky, it's just simply unusable. I went back to the store and the employee told me to come back later in the day when the guy who helped me was working. I came back later and was told that the big boss said they have a no refund or exchange policy and there was nothing they can do for me regardless if I had a receipt or not, which they didn't give me either way. NO refund-NO exchange-NO store credit. This "business" will sell you BAD and UNUSABLE expensive product and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to make it right. I went to this store 3 times in 24 hours just to get the original product I paid for. The employees were kind and said it was over their heads so I am choosing words carefully to make sure they are not affected by this. They did their best but were instructed to do nothing to make this right even though they agreed it was bad product. Even said that the boss told them to keep the rest of the box on the shelf even though it was bad. This is not a me issue, any person that would buy this tobacco would have brought it back with the same issue, it's unusable. I am not this kind of person, I am not a complainer and always give people grace. However this store robbed me of my free time and day off, gas and $32. Absolutely terrible and unacceptable customer service. First time customer and will NEVER return. I will also make sure to spread the word to every person I can that this place is criminal and will rob you.
