They did provide the work we requested for a spring cleanup but part of that estimate was for weekly lawn service. When they didn't show the 1st week we called & they said they'd be here today. They were a NO SHOW! No phone call either. We know of 2 other people who contracted with them & 1 said they were a no show last weekend, the 2nd person is expecting them this weekend but is now concerned. If they didn't want the work they should of said so...VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. It's official, they were a no show for the 2nd person this weekend. They solicited our neighborhood for work, provided estimates, why bother if you weren't interested in the work. UNPROFESSIONAL & BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

When I confronted the crew, they insisted the leaves were already there. Today I filled four bags with leaves they had blown over--the pile even contained dried hydrangea blooms. My neighbor has a hydrangea bush on the opposite side of the shared hedge, which makes it pretty clear where the debris came from. They tossed leftover gutter pipes that match the neighbor's house onto my property as well. My gutters are white. They do the same thing to the neighbor on the other side.

Phone calls (note the plural of calls) have not been returned and I being the ever trusting fool did not hire someone else because I happen to believe when you make an agreement you stand by it and he would show up. Now I am way behind and will never catch up. I understand people get busy and that we may have a small job, but who is to say after we saw their work we might not hire them for the whole season or the next? Hey, I am getting older each day! A simple phone call of explanation was all that was needed so I could move on. Well, at least the economy is getting better that they now have the luxury of blowing off customers. It won't always be that way. Buyer beware!
