Phone calls (note the plural of calls) have not been returned and I being the ever trusting fool did not hire someone else because I happen to believe when you make an agreement you stand by it and he would show up. Now I am way behind and will never catch up. I understand people get busy and that we may have a small job, but who is to say after we saw their work we might not hire them for the whole season or the next? Hey, I am getting older each day! A simple phone call of explanation was all that was needed so I could move on. Well, at least the economy is getting better that they now have the luxury of blowing off customers.
