They hosted open houses every week while the property was on the market, carried and staged furniture themselves, and always stayed in constant communication with us. Their dedication and hands-on approach were absolutely key to making this sale happen -- especially during one of the toughest times to sell as a homeowner. These two are pure magic. We were first time home buyers when we started working with Zaid. We interviewed countless real…read moreestate agents and Zaid 100% stood out as someone who was kind, knowledgeable, experienced, and truly wanted the best for our family. Before we even officially signed with him he took an hour out of his time to go over what the process would look like, where the market was at, listen to what we wanted out of our new home, and really just to educate us on the ins and outs of real estate. It became very clear that he was the right agent for us, we signed that night. Throughout the home showing process, he was ALWAYS accessible to us. He answered so many questions about the home buying process, gave his personal opinions when asked, and truly guided us. Each house we toured, we felt that he was really looking out for us, giving us feedback on what to look for in each house, if something was an issue, and helping us determine which neighborhoods would be a good fit for us. This was extremely helpful as we were new to the areas we were looking in. We couldn't be happier in our new home and we have Zaid to thank for that! Overall, Zaid went above and beyond for our family and we will always be grateful to him. We will absolutely be using him in the future, should we ever move, and will be recommending him to friends and family!

As a resident of Sierra Crest, I first noticed Zaid Hanna's name back in 2024 when I saw his real…read moreestate marketing poster at my doorstep labeling him as the "your #1 Sierra crest Seller Agent." I snapped a quick photo of it, thinking I might consult him if I ever needed to sell. By the winter of 2025, I received another flyer from Zaid that read: "The market is frozen, but we didn't give up." Even though the market was rough at the time, that property sold shortly after. His words truly touched me. In the high-cost, wealthy Bay Area, a modest condo often doesn't get much attention; many agents wouldn't bother putting in the effort and would simply advise the seller to rent it out if it didn't sell quickly. Although I had never met Zaid, I saved his number in my phone right then because I was deeply impressed by his work ethic. In the spring of 2026, my mother unfortunately passed away, leaving behind a condo that needed to be sold. I was at a loss for who could help. The property's location wasn't ideal, and the market was slow, so I knew I needed a top-tier agent. While I initially considered finding a Chinese-speaking agent, for some reason, I decided against hiring a Chinese agent. That's when I thought of Zaid. One day afternoon, I gave him a call and described the condition of property. he scheduled our first meeting immediately. Zaid was very nice. Our first meeting went incredibly well. Zaid analyzed the market for me. It was April, and inventory was unusually high. He recommended a minor renovation, and I agreed because I knew it would change the look of the home. He was highly professional and honest with me, acknowledging that the market was tough, especially for condos. However, he emphasized that his goal was a quick sale upon listing so it wouldn't sit on the market. Zaid's true professionalism shines through his phenomenal team. From remodeling, cleaning to the official listing, every team member was diligent and responsible. The renovation took about two weeks--a bit long, but the results were stunning. The house officially hit the market around Memorial Day. Throughout the process, Zaid called me every Tuesday to give updates. Remarkably, after just 7 days on the market, we received an offer! This completely exceeded my expectations. Given the less-than-ideal location, I had mentally prepared myself for a long wait. Seven days was faster than I could have ever imagined. I had seen many condos on Zillow sitting on the market for over three months, forcing sellers to slash prices multiple times. I felt lucky. The subsequent escrow and contract process went smoothly without a single delay. All contingencies were removed exactly on schedule. Yesterday, on July 2nd, this modest little condo officially closed escrow. I am incredibly grateful. It is easy to sell a perfect house, but selling a property with an unfavorable location requires an agent with extensive knowledge, sharp skills, and precise valuation. I believe a challenging property is the true test of an agent's capability, and Zaid completely proved himself. He gives honest advice that both buyers and sellers should take seriously. I highly recommend Zaid and his team, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

She is amazing and has immense knowledge and skills.  Her advice and support throughout the entire process was invaluable. We had a complex cross-country move and we were looking for a house from out-of-state--which is difficult in normal times but was especially difficult with the pandemic. Sara was our amazing realtor who is familiar with the Bay Area. We were unfamiliar with the local market which is really different from other places. She guided us on the competitive Bay Area market, timing, environment, and resale valuation. Her comparables were right on point. Her estimates saved us from putting in unnecessary time and energy into placing offers or looking further into homes that were going to go out of our affordability range. Due to our particulars and the distance, we started working with her over a year prior to our planned move. During that time, we looked at properties from undeveloped land to condos and single-family homes. She knew the details and ins-and-outs of every single type. She looked out for us. She understood the market and could help us predict if we were putting in a competitive offer or not. She has the patience of a saint. She showed us over 50 homes. I've told my friends already about how amazing she is and how she saved us from worrisome choices! There was an amazing house that we loved and which she had drawn up the offer for us on. We were just waiting for some final disclosures in the last hour to come in before submitting the offer. When those documents came in, Sara analyzed it and brought up her concerns about the health of the homeowners' association and other things. Thus, we decided to pass on that home as we were not ready to own a house that would be a headache and problematic. Sara is AMAZING, WONDERFUL, an EXPERT at real estate, and PROFESSIONAL! We trusted her keen eye to see things that we did not notice or know to notice. Sara's wisdom enabled us to make informed decisions. Even when we ended up buying a new-build where the construction firm excluded her, Sara continued to provide us invaluable advice, guidance, and reassurance. We will definitely be asking her to be our real estate agent in the future when we sell our new house and when we buy our next house. She is trustworthy and reliable. She'll set you down the right path.
