My mother asked the cashier for medicine from their locked case because there wasn't anyone to help on the sales floor, and was refused with the cashier saying, "There is not enough employees to help get it out." I called the store to speak with a manager and was told by a rude lady, "manager 'no' here, tomorrow." And got hung up on. I called back to ask for her name, and she told me "reyna" and hung up again. So now I'm leaving a review, which was asked for at the bottom of the receipt, and yes, corporate will be contacted as well. I really hope this changes. The employees are rude here.
